2 Overview AXIO (ART) assist users to maximize the benefits of using PORTIA. ART provides a collection of easy to use, practical tools to further extend the capability of the already very powerful Portfolio Management System, PORTIA. With ART, you can convert your PORTIA reports into any other languages, run PORTIA reports from outside of PORTIA, save the reports in many other formats, printing the PORTIA reports onscreen plus many other features. Working Scope
3 Key Features Unlimited users to login in PORTIA through Axio Reporting tools to encourage more effective PORTIA concurrent login management Language mapping function allows translation of PORTIA reports into other double byte languages such as Chinese or Korean,etc. Overcome PORTIA maximize long name description of 39 bytes (maximum 19 Chinese characters) by using the language mapping function. One button conversion function provides easy and immediate language conversion of reports. Embed mapping code filter engine help to facilitate a fast report translation among different languages Export Portia data to various text files, and Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. Connect PORTIA data with Microsoft Excel directly. Initiate Excel templates and macros from ART. Support to edit Portia reports directly. Comprehensive user security control. Friendly GUI design. Working Illustration Trough the constant effort of our professionals, Axio (ART) is becoming increasingly mature and comprehensive, which can be not only manifested with its reports translation more convenient and fast, but also with its simpler operation. User only needs to define the mapping between English and the destination codes in the Language Mapping Module of Axio Reporting Tool. Axio also allows user to add some new contents in the reports, which may not be available in the source Portia reports because of field limit.
4 Language Mapping Module With the pre-defined mapping codes, the generator will then translate the source Portia report into other language directly. Moreover, this function also provides mapping code filter capability to filter out the useless mapping code.

Users can define unlimited code to tell the system how to translate the right word to the right meaning. This mechanism is also employed in the different language translation module.
