3 ETP Home Page The ETP Home Page of the ETRE Trader OMS is the Information hub for the platform. The ETP home page is divided into six segments to allow for screening of real estate specific equities and access tools (news, charting, quotes) for all equities. The Watch List provides the home location for all equities that a user selects to have on board each time the OMS application is opened. The Watch List equities can be loaded in the Ticker Screen carrying quotes throughout the day as a feature of the ETP home page. The Screener tool focuses on real estate equities and displays results based on specific user input criteria and serves as a launching pad to open Data Rooms that are specific to real estate asset types. The News, Chart and Quote tools are linked so the user can perform inquiries (ie comparative charting) on all listed equities inclusive of real estate specific equities. 4 Watch List ETRE Trader OMS is preloaded with a Sample Watch List that includes various ETP and Portfolio REIT securities. Users can create new Watch Lists by clicking the [ + ] in the Watch List Users can delete Watch Lists through the Trash can. Watch List equities can be entered in the SYMBOL location in the Watch List and clicking Users can delete equities from the Watch List by clicking the Delete button here

5 Watch List (continued) Users can customize the fields of watch list by clicking here Each check allows for the bucket to be displayed on the Watch List section, and the order of each bucket can be arranged by moving the icon up or down and submit. REIT or ETP data rooms are loaded from the Watch List display by clicking on the equity symbol Users can click equity symbols that are not Portfolio REITs or ETPs to populate the equity information into News, Quick Quote, and Chart.

6 News, Quick Quote, & Chart On the ETP Home Page, the News, Quick Quote, and Chart features are linked so that if you enter a stock symbol in any of the boxes, information for that symbol appears in the other two boxes as well. [Clicking on the arrow may be required for charts more than once to reload graphs in the event of slow response times or internet connection response times.]

7 Stock Ticker The Stock Ticker appears near the top of the screen and can be set to monitor stocks from a specific Watch List or from a User s Position List ( Position List is a feature on Trading Platforms only) Stock Ticker settings can be accessed by clicking the blue tab below, located in the upper right portion of the screen. The ticker setting will display the Watch List selected. Logout To Logout of the ETRE Trader OMS, click located in the upper right portion of the screen. Settings To adjust settings and password, click located in the upper right portion of the screen.

8 REIT/ETP Screener Users can screen for Portfolio REIT stocks or ETP stocks with the Screener. Select REIT or ETP Screener here from the drop down, select Asset Type and CLICK Search. With each additional selection criteria, the selection will be activated after CLICK Search Input search criteria and click Search to view results: Users can access REIT or ETP data rooms through the Screener by clicking on the Company s equity Symbol or Name.

10 External Links & Analytics Users can access external links on the left side of each data room. The links will open as a new tab in the internet browser. Multiple links can be opened and closed in any session. Glossary Users can access the ETRE Trader OMS Glossary on the left side of each data room as well as in this document.

11 Data Room Links Users can access data rooms by clicking on the symbol within the Comp REIT or Comp ETP section of each data room. Links to all ETP and REIT Data Rooms are available on the lower right of each data room. Company News Links open as a separate tab in the internet browser

13 Browser Technical Issues ETRE TRADER OMS provides an interactive experience for the end user through various internet browsers, and certain capabilities of the interface may be limited based on the browser selection. The ETRE TRADER OMS is supported by the following internet browsers: Chrome FireFox Safari Listed below are some of the known technical issues based on these browser environments. 1) CHARTING Charting is a key feature of the ETRE TRADER OMS, and on occasion charts with in the Data Room environment or in the ETP Home page will not load automatically. This may be a result of a number of factors which include slow internet connection, heavy internet traffic, or end of day pricing. In the event of slow internet response or heavy traffic, the method to load the chart is to click on one of the date variables, and this will initiate the chart load sequence. In the event there the platform has reached end of day pricing, or the cache of end of day prices has been cleared, clicking on an alternate time period other than 1d, should bring the chart to the screen.

14 2) WIDGIT: VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT The ETRE TRADER OMS is designed to allow for the resizing of ETP Home page widgets, to customize an individual user experience. This includes movement of vertical and horizontal bars. Scroll bars will activate based on resizing of the widgets. Data room widgets do not resize, and are scroll featured. In the Safari Browser and ALL Browsers, the horizontal bars on the ETP Home page will allow for the up and down resizing of the widget shape. In the Safari Browser, The vertical bars are not functional for resizing. Horizontal bars are operational on all browsers Vertical bars are not operational: Safari.

15 3) PAGE RESIZING and ZOOM ( +, -) Pages in the OMS may have fixed size ratios for display. In the event the browser chosen does not allow for size scrolling or reformatting within the browser environment, Zoom + and Zoom -, may be used to establish an optimal viewing session. The Zoom feature will be useful in setting the proper environment for viewing on ALL browsers. Zoom (+,-) can be used in ALL Browsers to assist in screen viewing. 4) LOSS OF DATA On occasion, the internet is subject to information breaks and failures beyond the control of the OMS platform. With the occurrence of these events, data streaming may not occur. The ALL browser response would be to refresh the browser session this will close out all data rooms and restart the platform.

16 5) DOUBLE SYMBOL LOADING DATA ROOM Depending upon the latency of the internet connection, the loading of a data room may be delayed, and the same symbol for a data room will load more than once. RSE RSE.data room will not operate properly An equity symbol should only load once in the OMS, and once loaded each request for that symbol will retake the user to the data room. If the same equity symbol appears twice in the header bar above, the user should CLOSE both data rooms. The equity symbol can then be reloaded Close RSE and close RSE then reload RSE

17 6) PLATFORM NOT LOADING OR NOT RESPONDING Occasionally the OMS will be subject to unknown internet connection breaks or other browser issues. In the event the platform does not load or information is not responsive, a refresh of the page may not clear the situation. In this situation clearing browsing data may be required in order to reset the CACHE. These are standard features on ALL browsers.
