20 SUBJECT: RENTAL HOMES Many home buyers from various parts of the country who purchase homes in Arizona may not be aware of a requirement to register rental homes. This requirement does not affect you if you are using the home as a second residence. This letter and its attachment are intended as another service to our communities.
