2 INTRO Pro Beauty Show was founded by long time business owners Carlton and Beverly Pitts. They have been involved in the beauty industry for over 27 years, owning Carbel s Beauty Supply Company since 1994 and Hairlines Beauty Salon since Their passion for education has lead them to host many seminars and hotel shows in partnership with Syntonics Global and Avlon Industries, major hair care manufacturers geared toward quality education of beauty industry professionals. Beverly Pitts, part owner of Carbel s Beauty Supply, has been a technical consultant and educator for the last 15 years, a Board Member of Central Georgia Technical College, Institute and Virginia College Cosmetology Board. Is a founding member of the Furore` Design Group, experienced and dedicated stylists, whose mission is to provide exciting and memorable educational tools for beauty professionals. Carlton Pitts has a degree in Business Administration, from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He is proficient at managing the outside sales staff of Carbel s Beauty Supply and assists with store operations. Their experiences in distribution, educational formats, outside sales and salon management, gives us a unique perspective into the varied aspects of the beauty industry. about Pro Beauty Show began in 2012 with, a gathering of thousands of beauty industry professionals, all over southeastern region. This professional beauty event connects attendees with companies, offering industry-recognized education, through many featured classes, hands-on workshops and products from top manufacturers, as well as providing access to new trends, idea and networking opportunities. Our 2012, was attened by over 3000 professionals, the show was received well with attendees from Florida, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama and North Carolina. Macon is in the center of the state of Georgia, bound by Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama and has a virtually untapped market of beauty professionals. Pro Beauty Show is held annually in Macon at the Macon Centreplex Convention Center, Georgia s largest convention facility outside of metro-atlanta. The Macon Centreplex is one of the largest, finest and most versatile in the Southeastern United States, a state of the art facility with all the bells and whistles you d expect from a major metropolitan market, and yet free from many hassles a major market often creates. It s adjoined to the New Macon Marriott Hotel. Location, size, space, and accommodation are what make this the perfect site for Pro Beauty Show. The show will be held in the Exhibition Hall of the Macon Centreplex which is 30,400sq. ft. facility with larger event areas allowing growth of this yearly event. It also features a 2,300-space, paved and lighted parking lot. The Centreplex has adequate space for Pro Beauty Show.

We are marketing to beauty professionals in the southeast and nationally by means of mailers, blasts, media outlets, distributor partners and social networks. Pro Beauty Show s producers have a good understanding of the target market and know a great deal about the common characteristics of our customers. This information will be great leverage to build a strong market advantage for exhibiting distributors and manufacturers. Pro Beauty Show will attempt to honor preferences; however, final assignments are at Pro Beauty Show s discretion. All sponsorship opportunities, materials and graphics must be approved by Pro Beauty Show. Placement and production when indicated are included in the fee, any additional costs (shipping, drayage, storage) are at the exhibitor s expense. Under no circumstances will Pro Beauty Show be liable for loss of profit or other incidental or consequential damages for any of its acts or omissions whether or not appraised with the possibility of such. Pro Beauty Show and their partners will not be held liable in the event of loss of property or theft to the exhibitor/sponsor s materials. Participation in any of the marketing opportunities is contingent on the sponsor exhibiting at the show. PBS will not be liable for the fulfillment of this Agreement if non-delivery is due to any of the following causes: fire, act of God, public enemy, war (declared or non-declared) or insurrections, strikes, the authority of the law, extreme weather condition, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder or acts of aggression. Non-delivery may also result if a reasonable fear exists for any one or more of such events occurring or threatening and making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the tradeshow. No refunds will be made if the above should occur.

Strict policy regarding allotted time will be enforced. SELECTION PROCESS Classroom education is provided on a space available basis with relevance to topic of education. Promotional materials in acceptable formats listed below must be submitted immediately to be included in promotional materials. Submissions will be evaluated and accepted based on relevance to the conference. The Education Committee reserves the right to decide final selections in order to ensure a balanced program. All applicants will be contacted on the status of your application.
