29 Schlussfolgerungen Die PIANC-Berichte geben einen weltweiten Überblick über andernorts gemachte Erfahrungen. Gemeinsam ist allen Berichten: Baggerprojekte sind eingebettet in größere Zusammenhänge, in deren Kontext die Lösungen zu suchen sind. Baggergut ist nicht per se Abfall oder nutzlos. Jede Situation und jedes Projekt sind spezifisch zu betrachten; jeder Fall erfordert eine eigene Lösung. Offenheit und Kommunikation sind in allen Projektstufen essentiell. Sie sind keine Garantie für den Erfolg, aber eine Vorbedingung. 29
