RE/MAX International recorded 515 franchise sales a record in LeadStreet ; RE/MAX Design Center, Training On Demand - RE/MAX introduced LeadStreet, a national network of IDX Web sites accompanied by robust lead-management tools for Affiliates. RE/MAX also launched the RE/MAX Design Center, an online design tool that allows Affiliates to create unique marketing materials. Training On Demand was delivered via RE/MAX Mainstreet through Agent Training On Demand and Management Training On Demand RE/MAX University - RE/MAX introduced RE/MAX University, an educational creation designed to help agents and managers get the most from their RE/MAX affiliation The network won the Office of the Secretary of Defense Exceptional Public Service award for its support of U.S. service members and their families RE/MAX RE/MAX introduced RE/MAX 365, a comprehensive program designed to connect Sales Associates to the best tools for success, including the RE/MAX Ultimate Agent program designed by Buffini & Company for agents earning between $100,000 and $500, Emphasis on Distressed Properties - RE/MAX University re-focused much of its content to emphasize the distressed properties market. RSN debuted the Distressed Properties Expert course and ATOD introduced the Distressed Properties channel. For the ninth time in 10 years, Entrepreneur magazine named RE/MAX the top buy among all real estate franchises.

3 RE/MAX University (RU), the propriety network for RE/MAX agent training and education, launched a new On-Demand Platform, making its award-winning training available 24/7 online or through the digital media player, Roku. RE/MAX also launched the RE/MAX University Mobile Application to give agents access to training on the go. RE/MAX has logged a number of milestones in 2010: Worldwide franchise sales were up nearly 30% in 2010 as RE/MAX expanded internationally into eight new countries including Bolivia, Tunisia, Dominica and Suriname. Two national surveys ranked top-performing RE/MAX agents above all other national franchise agents in average transaction sides. In the 2010 REAL Trends 500 survey, RE/MAX agents averaged an impressive 14.4 transaction sides, 46% higher than the next closest competitor. The 2010 RISMedia Power Broker Report put RE/MAX agents at an average of 15.1 transaction sides, 26% higher than the next closest competitor. Reader s Digest Canada named RE/MAX the Most Trusted Brand in Real Estate. RE/MAX continues to lead the industry in the number of agents trained in short sales with the most Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPEs). RE/MAX became one of three companies to pass $100M in donations to Children s Miracle Network Hospitals and RE/MAX formally launched Home for the Cure in partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure. RE/MAX launched the RE/MAX YouTube Brand Channel that features hundreds of RE/MAX videos and a geo-targeting map for consumers searching for videos of listed properties, local RE/MAX agents and offices and community videos.

5 Margaret Kelly became RE/MAX Chief Executive Officer in October 2005, capping a series of leadership positions she has held since joining the organization as a Financial Analyst in With a passion to make a difference, Kelly rose rapidly through the ranks of the Membership Services and Regional Services departments, being named Vice President in 1992 and President in Today, she oversees all worldwide RE/MAX operations. In January 2010, Kelly was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Denver Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank. She has also been recognized by Inman News as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders of And REALTOR magazine named Kelly one of Real Estate's 25 Most Influential Thought Leaders in Kelly is a popular source of insight on real estate trends. She speaks before industry groups around the United States and is frequently interviewed by the media. She has served as CEO guest anchor on CNBC s The Call, and her industry observations have been quoted by The Associated Press, Bloomberg, Reuters and many other media organizations. Kelly grew up in the Detroit area and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. In 2006, she received an Honorary Doctorate of Law degree when she returned to her alma mater to deliver a commencement address. In 2005, the American Association of Community Colleges named her an Outstanding Alumni. As a breast cancer survivor, Kelly is an advocate of the RE/MAX national sponsorship of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure series. She also has been named to the list of 25 Yoplait Champions, ordinary women and men doing extraordinary things in their community to fight breast cancer.
