2 1 First To proclaim the good news of the Kingdom Church plants and Mission Enterprise Zones Provides matching grants, training, and support for the planting of congregations or establishing a Mission Enterprise Zone. A Mission Enterprise Zone, is a geographic area, group of congregations, or an entire diocese committed to mission and evangelism that engages under-represented groups, including youth and young adults, people of color, poor and working-class people, people with a high-school diploma or less, and/or people with little or no church background or involvement. Campus ministry grants Provides grants to establish or revitalize campus ministry locations. Network capacity building grants Capacity building grants given to grassroots networks who want to expand their reach, scope and impact for furthering mission and ministry across the church (i.e. TENS, ESC, College for Bishops). Block grants Provides discretionary funds for diocesan expenses for Prov II dioceses in the Caribbean and Europe, Indigenous ministry dioceses in Prov VI and VIII, Prov VIII dioceses in Asia, Province IX dioceses, as well as now autonomous churches of the Anglican Communion which were once dioceses of The Episcopal Church. New Opportunity grants Assist Native people throughout the Episcopal Church to develop new and innovative approaches to their ministry (church based projects).

3 2Second To teach, baptize and nurture new believers Province IX sustainability grants Provides funding to dioceses within Prov IX for moving towards financially sustainable models of ministry within their cultural context. Indigenous Theological Training grants Provides training for Indigenous leaders in the Episcopal Church those called to lay and ordained ministry. CETALC Support for the educational, theological, and formational needs of the church in Latin America and the Caribean, including continuing education and individual scholarships. Constable Awards grants to variety of mission and ministry initiatives, preferably for the work in religious education. Roanridge Used for the training of town and country clergy and rural Christian workers of the Episcopal Church. Conant Funds are provided for the improvement of seminary-based theological education, support of research, writing and course development undertaken by faculty. SCOM Provides funds for cross cultural learning opportunities, specifically for seminarian education. Scholarships Awards scholarships for educational purposes for a variety of constituents within the broader Episcopal community including seminary education, children of missionaries, and other designated groups. Preference is given to individuals who possess financial hardship.

CETALC Support for the educational, theological, and formational needs of the church in Latin America and the Caribean, including continuing education and individual scholarships.

4 3Third To respond to human need by loving service Gap year pilot programs Provides funding for experimental pilot programs to build toward the capacity of a Gap Year option in the Episcopal Church to support young people age who are discerning their future. Jubilee Engage Episcopalians in work with poor and oppressed people, wherever they are found, to meet basic human needs and to build a just society. Incarnational poverty engagement Provides funding to support transformative grassroots initiatives and ministries by serving as a pipeline for people to engage directly with walking alongside the poor.

5 4 Fourth To transform unjust structures of society United Thank Offering Provides funds for programs that address compelling human needs by supporting the alleviation of poverty, both domestically and internationally. Asset-based community development grants Helps congregations and other bodies work through a process of discernment, identifying their strengths and translating them into ministry.

6 5 Fifth To safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the life of the earth EcoJustice fellowships Provides for stipendiary support for study done to further the Episcopal Church s engagement in Eco- Justice. EcoJustice grants Provides funding support to congregations, dioceses, and other bodies to support mission and ministry projects that further the safeguarding of God s creation.
