We are committed to the renewable energy sector and we have an established track record in the industry. The PLY team has successfully developed, built and financed a significant number of projects. We are active in the following countries: - The Netherlands; - United Kingdom; - Finland; - France. We have recently been expanding and are looking to expand our activities further in these countries. To enable and support this growth we are looking to strengthen and increase our team with an asset manager. The Role On behalf of our clients we manage a portfolio of wind assets across Europe. These assets are monitored 24/7/365 from our control center in the Netherlands. Local country teams are available to provide support. This role is responsible for the day- to- day management of a number of onshore wind farms. The purpose of this role is to ensure adherence to best practices for safety, quality and environmental performance, whilst maximizing revenue and enhancing community and stakeholder engagement. This role is the focal point for the project towards clients, turbine supplier, service & maintenance teams and all other stakeholders involved with the project. This role therefore has a highly visible role within the company and towards clients. The asset manager is part of the asset management team and the duties will have to be performed from PLY s control center in Groningen. The asset manager will occasionally have to travel. Tasks and duties The following tasks and duties are considered part of the Asset Management Role: February 2015 Page 1 of 3

3 Co- ordinate day- to- day performance of a number of operating wind farms, by: scheduling and controlling site works, reacting to incidents, coordinating unscheduled maintenance and responding to trips and turbine errors in an expeditious way. Ensure that the operating assets adhere to statutory requirements for Health, Safety and Environmental performance and comply with project specific requirements in accordance with local authority planning requirements. Perform physical on- site inspections of the turbines, balance of plant works and inspect the general state of the site. Manage asset specific contracts, like for instance: grid connection agreement, power off take agreement, lease agreements, planning conditions etc. and ensure the assets are operated in line with these agreements. Supervise, oversee, check and challenge sub- contractors, service & maintenance teams or other contractors on the works performed on- site. Prepare regular internal and client reports in an accurate and timely way. Develop strong client relationships and advice clients pro- actively on ways to improve the performance of the assets. Maintain and develop project specific tools and plans including operating and maintenance plans and other quality management tools if necessary. Ensure that the PLY asset management tool WindIS is functioning properly and is providing accurate data to the stakeholders. Perform data analyses on the production data of the turbines and advice clients on improving the performance of the assets. First line response when on- call: participate in our 24/7 on- call service on a rotating bases. Qualifications Engineering or Science degree; Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience (preferably in onshore wind); Business proficiency in Dutch and English; Experience with: o Health & Safety regulations; o SCADA systems; o Maintenance plans; o Operational procedures; o Microsoft Office applications.
