1 Sales Consultant Top area energy solutions company is seeking an experienced sales representative for the Greater New Orleans market. Job Responsibilities: Sale of residential energy savings and independence systems and solutions Prospecting for new opportunities and qualifying leads provided by company marketing efforts Ability to efficiently plan your day and work unsupervised Closing deals and signing contracts with home owner. Setting is in-home sales presentations Take pride in your work ethic and communicate clearly Position/Company Benefits: Salary range $20,000 - $30,000 plus commission Earn around $75,000 or better 1st year - Salary + commissions Year two - Earn above $85,000 Additional bonus structures in place as well Outstanding benefits include health, 401K with a $ for $ match on the 1 st 4% of contributions. Benefits also include a year of advanced sales training to help insure success of the new hire. Job opening comes as a result of owner wanting to provide faster response time to leads, accelerate growth, and spend more time on managing his New Orleans area company to become the local solar market leader. Typically, this position is Commission + Bonus; with earning potential into six figures but depending on the right person and experience a base salary is provided. Experience with salesforce.com helpful Reliable transportation + good driving record and auto insurance Willing to work weekends as needed 3 years of successful sales experience overall 2 years successful in-home sales experience Be able to self-generate leads Experience with solar electric installation, design, or sales a PLUS!
