MHE901 is our new member in Micro Heat exchanger substrate series (MHE01 is targeted for high power SMD with neutral thermal pad and MHE601 is targeted for COB ). It is an ideal substrate for smart lighting s. By integrating aluminum nitride (170W/mK) insert(s) into FR4, the solution on one hand, enables effective heat transfer between LED to the heat sink and on the other hand prevents IC driver, MCU, MOSFET and etc., these essential components in the control circuit, from over-heating by high dense heat energy of LED, in the same board, with all the connection traces can lay across FR4 and Al-N, like that of conventional MCPCB. Because of the perfect match on thermal expansion coefficients between Al-N and LED chips, it is also good to see how MHE901 board could be happily married with chip-scale-package (CSP) technology for providing high performance and cost effective solution in commercial and professional lighting in the near future. Lextar Provides The Best High Density COB Solutions For Commercial Lighting Lextar showcased new Nimbus-P series with small LES and high density COB. Nimbus-P COB uses flip chip technology providing benefits of high lumen per area and high quality light which is the best solution for commercial lighting. LED shows huge market potential in stage lighting LED is penetrating into stage lighting field quickly. All stage lighting exhibitors showcased its latest LED stage light s.
