3 General information Certificate of attendance A certificate of attendance for preregistered participants will be issued along with the congress documentation upon arrival. Participants who register on-site will be issued their certificates at the registration desk. Insurance policy The organizers cannot be responsible for medical, travel or personal claims. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance. Official letters invitation Official letters of invitation can be sent by the Congress Office upon written request. These letters do not commit the Organizing Committee to any financial obligation. Lunch There are many restaurants located near the Conference Center. Exhibition Access to the technical exhibition of the AFU Congress, open to equipment manufacturers suppliers and pharmaceutical laboratories, is included in participants fees.
