We are proud to be your total skin rejuvenation destination, with our expert team of skin therapists specialising in skin, results and helping you to achieve your best skin ever. Each treatment is customised to suit your skin and your needs. Ask for your complimentary mini skin check using our Wood s Lamp skin analysis system, and find out how we can help you get results with your next treatment. Beauty on Latrobe VIP Rewards Join our free VIP Rewards program, and earn 1 point for every $20 you spend in salon on services and products. 1 point = $1 back to you. Twice a year, we ll send you the balance of your points as a Gift Card to use on any Beauty on Latrobe services. The more you spend, the bigger the reward you ll receive! Points expire after 12 months. VIP Rewards Gift Cards are valid for 6 months. A minimum of 20 points is required to receive a Gift Card. Gift Cards Gift cards make the perfect gift, and are available for every service at Beauty on Latrobe. Alternatively, choose a monetary amount and let your loved one choose their treatments. We are happy to help you organise a gift card over the phone for post, pickup or delivery. Gift vouchers are also available online through our website ( com) and instantly sent to your nominated address. Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be presented to redeem. Please take care of your gift card or voucher, as if they are lost or stolen they cannot be replaced. Skincare Courses Prepay and save! A treatment course (or 6 treatments) will accelerate your results and help you achieve your skin goals faster. Prepay any 5 treatments on our menu and get the 6th free, offering a saving of 17%. Courses are valid for 8 months from date of purchase, and cannot be extended or redeemed after this time. For best results, we recommend skincare courses at fortnightly intervals. We highly recommend pre-booking your entire course ahead of time, to ensure you don t lose any treatments. If you cancel or do not show up for a treatment, it will be forfeited. Salon Etiquette Arrivals Your appointment time is set aside just for you. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, relax with a cup of herbal tea and complete your pre-treatment consultation form. If you are late, your treatment will be limited as a courtesy to our next client. Parking We have 1 car park at the rear of our building, however should it not be available we recommend on-street parking. Please allow extra time, as Latrobe Terrace can be busy. Stafford and Collingwood Streets provide good alternatives for parking. Booking Policy It s free to cancel or change your appointment with 1 full business day of notice (24hrs+). Cancellations made under 24hrs and no-shows will incur a flat $30 fee. Children & mobile phones We love kids, however please be mindful that we use hot wax and electrical equipment during our treatments. For the safety of your children, we kindly request that you make arrangements for their care prior to your visit with us. Should you need to bring them along, we request you keep them with you in the treatment room at all times, for their safety. Beauty on Latrobe is a sanctuary of relaxation, and we request all mobile phones to be set to silent and conversations kept low out of respect to our other guests. Groups We specialise in group bookings at Beauty on Latrobe. Hens parties, bridal showers, mothers groups or just because! You will receive exclusive use of our private Parlour Room to host your guests and enjoy refreshments. BYO bubbles welcome, with champagne flutes available by request. Groups of 4+ will receive 10% off the total treatment bill, excluding product purchases. Advanced bookings are a must so that we can allow exclusive access to our salon for you and your guests. All group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking, and 2 full business days notice for cancellations. Normal late cancellation fees apply. For the ultimate Skin Workout experience, we recommend a series of fortnightly treatments starting with a Prescriptive Skin Journey Consultation. This will enable your therapist to fully understand your skin concerns and customise a treatment course and homecare plan focused on results.
