2 How to use this booklet and book your treatments A professional approach Ragdale Hall s Treatment Team continue to bring you the most innovative and up to date menu of treatments anywhere. We also strive to work with the best practitioners and skincare companies in the industry. Within this booklet, you will first of all find your inclusive treatments explained. Following on from these there is a full selection of treatments and activities to enhance the enjoyment of your stay. These are divided into sections for easy reference and sub divided by results and effects. If at any time you need help and advice please call our Treatments Advice Line. We recommend any treatments are booked at least 14 days in advance. If a treatment is not listed it may be a new addition, limited edition or listed elsewhere in the brochure. massage Full Body Massage 50 mins A massage using Swedish style movements to promote a relaxing or detoxifying effect through improved circulation and lymphatic drainage. Areas covered are legs, arms, back, neck and shoulders. Body Massage 40 mins A Swedish style massage using medium pressure designed to release tension in the legs, arms and back. Calming Back & Scalp Massage 40 mins A gentle but effective massage using Swedish style movements to melt away muscle tension in the back, neck and scalp. A luxurious coconut butter is used to hydrate and nourish your skin and condition your hair and scalp. Soothing Back Massage 25 mins A Swedish style massage using medium pressure designed to release tension from the muscles of the back and neck. Soft Touch Body Stretch 25 mins Let your worries melt away with this all encompassing treatment. Using stretching techniques to ease tension and improve posture, we use continuous, smooth, gentle, stroking movements from top to toe. This flowing treatment will relax and calm the nerve endings while soothing away the tension and stress of every day living. exfoliation Lavender & Tea Tree Exfoliation 25 mins A full body exfoliation followed by an application of body lotion to nourish the skin. Relax & Re-hydrate Body Treatment 50 mins A combination of two treatments, that exfoliates, cleanses and nourishes the full body which concludes with a back, neck and shoulder massage for added relaxation. facials The inclusive facials are available using the Clarins, Decleor, Elemis and Spa Find ranges. Men s Soothe & Splash Facial 40 mins A treatment that will superficially cleanse, tone and exfoliate the skin followed by a short but relaxing massage, mask and moisturise using specific men s products. Ragdale Prescription Facial 40 mins Cleanses, tones and exfoliates the skin allowing for a short but relaxing massage and an application of a prescription mask. Pure Radiance Facial 50 mins A full facial that promotes relaxation and skin benefit. Although this treatment is not as in-depth or powerful as the exclusive range, it offers a quality facial experience, cleansing, exfoliating, massaging and applying a prescriptive mask. Whilst the mask takes effect, a relaxing hand massage is conducted. Wake Up Eye Treatment 40 mins A customised treatment suitable for all, designed to combat the signs of ageing and reduce fatigue around the eyes. This treatment includes a cleanse to the face and neck, a specialist eye contour massage, gentle facial massage, application of eye mask and a relaxing scalp massage. 4 your inclusive treatments explained body treatments Blissful Face & Back Therapy 50 mins This treatment commences with a Swedish style massage using medium pressure to the back, neck and shoulders, melting away any stresses or muscle tension. To complete this treatment a cleanse and tone to the face, neck and décolleté is followed by a short but relaxing facial massage and moisturise. Nourishing Milk Ritual 40 mins This nourishing re-hydrating body treatment, with great anti-ageing properties that leave the skin moisturised and supple. Encompassing a back massage using Elemis eastern techniques. Tension Release Scalp Therapy 25 mins A relaxing scalp massage relieves tension over the head and neck. Moisturising Lavender Body Treatment 40 mins This treatment is a re-energising thirst quencher for the skin. Your body is invigorated using a body brush to eliminate dead skin cells leaving the skin silky smooth. Essential oils and a luxurious mask is applied with flowing movements to enhance the healing, hydrating and anti ageing powers of sweet almond, coco butter, lavender and tea tree. Personal Training 29 Whether you need help to take your first few steps on the road to better health and fitness, you're a regular exerciser who has hit the plateau and needs remotivating to keep improving or you're committed to your workouts and so want someone to put you through your paces while you're here, we've got the answer. Whatever your goals, from fat loss to improved health to cranking up your sports performance, we can design and teach you a workout to help get you there. Maybe a calorie burning cardio session on the cv stations, a functional resistance workout in the gym, a Pilates one-to-one to tackle back problems or a focus on stretching to keep you mobile for life, the choice is yours. Pairs Training 22 Exercising with a partner has been proven to help to keep you motivated and so more likely to achieve your goals. Why not enjoy a personal training session with a friend or loved one and share the joy... or is that pain! Again, this can be created to fit your lifestyle, so could even be a specific workout you could do in your own home. Sports Coaching from 20 If you fancy trying something new, perhaps something you ve always wanted to try, individual and pairs tuition is available in fencing, golf (subject to availability, Monday to Friday only, seasonal April to September weather permitting), swimming (with ASA instructors) and tennis (with LTA coaches). If you wish to keep your pregnancy a secret from those with whom you have come to Ragdale please understand that we advise you not to book any treatments relating to pregnancy. If indicated on your health questionnaire that your pregnancy is secret we will endeavour to uphold that. However, as there are many contra indications during the first weeks of pregnancy and so many aspects that warrant discussions with you, we cannot guarantee that your party will not overhear discussions or preparations for your treatment. CND Shellac Long Lasting Nail Colour up to 40 mins 37 CND Shellac wears flawlessly for up to 10* days with high gloss shine. The treatment begins with a nail file and cuticle tidy. CND Shellac is then applied to the nail like a polish and cured under UV light so there is no drying time. This long lasting colour provides strong nail protection that resists dullness and nail chipping even during the most rigorous activities. Removal packs can be purchased for use at home, however professional removal is recommended. *Dependent on certain nail types. Alternatively a CND Shellac long lasting nail colour can be added to any Classic or Luxury Manicure or Classic or Luxury Pedicure 15 mins 20 N.B. If you already have Shellac polish on your nails, please advise us on booking. We will then ensure additional time is added to your treatment for polish removal. This will have an additional cost.
