5 New documentation system: The IBT 2.0 White Book White Book: system of several documents in different formats (PDF, Excel, Online-Tool) Fulfils different requirements of different user groups (IT, Business) Provides all necessary information to apply and use CONNEXOR Listing, CONNEXOR Distribution and CONNEXOR Terms with the new version IBT 2.0 Is more explanatory regarding the data model and the use of the different attribute groups, attributes, and domains Describes the different validation rules to be applied in detail Is easier to handle for using, finding, and comparing the different descriptions and the structure of the data model. Allows users to handle it efficiently regarding their specific needs Page 5

7 Main document: Consists of three parts (PDF Format) TUFS 2.0 Batch-Upload File Specification Specifies in detail the file format used in the upload functionality for the IBT application and the upload API Includes some introductory remarks regarding the previous IBT 1 version and the modelling approach of IBT 2.0 TUFS 2.0 Attribute and Domain Specification Specifies all attribute groups (entities), attributes and their domains Includes a UML diagram of the IBT data model Also available as Excel file or online tool (=> Additional Supporting Artefacts) TUFS 2.0 Product Construction Standard and Validation Specifies and describes in detail the technical and financial-economic data validation rules Also available as online tool (=> Additional Supporting Artefacts) PCS 2 preview: validation rules will be classified as Error or Warning Page 7
