Some of the services that GeoLogics will provide include, but are not limited to: Data Collection, Feasibility or Risk Analysis -- GeoLogics can prepare analyses of data for use in regional, national or international efforts and suggests and utilizes criteria for measuring data availability, limitations, and applicability in identifying non-complying sectors, geographic regions, or facilities. 10 Waste Management Studies -- GeoLogics can perform data collection, data validation, and analyses including site monitoring, sampling, laboratory analysis, contaminant and fate-transport modeling, and waste characterization activities. GeoLogics also can develop: Waste Management Plans and Procedures Hazardous Waste Inventories Spill Prevention and Countermeasure Plans Pollution Prevention Studies Regulatory And Economic Analyses Review Of Technologies and Processes Impacting Waste Management Waste Minimization/Pollution Prevention Initiatives Data Management -- GeoLogics will perform straightforward data management to complex data sharing activities. Data management can be as straightforward as data entry, QA, and reporting using existing software. This software development will support: Design and Maintenance of Tracking Systems Reporting and Compliance Systems Specialized Programs SIN 899-6: Remote Advisory Services GeoLogics will provide remotely delivered advisory services in support of agencies Programs., health and safety information will be provided to geographically dispersed locations on a quick response basis. Specifically GeoLogics will provide remote advisory services via telephone, FAX or Internet to support a geographically dispersed audience. Senior Subject Matter Expert Education/Experience: PhD* plus 15 years experience. Qualifications: Provides top-level technical input in area of subject matter expertise on complex, technical, regulatory, or systems projects. Senior Expert Education/Experience: Masters* plus 15 years experience. Qualifications: Provides environmental regulatory and/ or technical expertise on complex environmental projects. Senior Consultant Education/Experience: Masters* plus 12 years experience. Qualifications: Provides environmental consultant expertise and input to complex environmental projects. Program Manager Education/Experience: Qualifications: Bachelors* plus 10 years experience. Directs, plans, organizes, controls the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an effective and timely manner. Analyst 4 Education/Experience: Masters* plus 10 years experience. Qualifications: Provide expert, independent services in specialized or general environmental areas. Provides expert advice and assistance in regulatory, scientific, or systems areas related to the environment. Possesses knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, programs, policies and procedures. Analyst 3 Education/Experience: Bachelors* plus 8 12 years experience. Supports documentation activities such as writing, editing, proofreading, and production of technical documents, on-line help, and other interactive documentation.
