Transcription

1 Logging In and Out from Mobile Web Members must have logged into Internet Banking at least one time in order to access Mobile Web. The member will click on the Mobile Web banner link from the home page of our Internet Banking website. The Mobile Web Welcome page displays. 1. Click Login in the Login Section of the Welcome Page. 2. Enter your valid MemberCard number (PAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC). 3. Click Login. Memorized Accounts As with Internet Banking, in order to use memorized accounts, members must have cookies enabled. Members can then use memorized accounts to speed up the login process by memorizing their PAN. This will alleviate the need to enter the PAN at each login. Note: Just like Internet Banking, your PAC is never memorized -- it will need to be entered each time you log in. Memorized Accounts will display on the Welcome page under Login:

2 To Login: 1. Click Login to <memorized account name>. The card number will populate into the next screen. 2. Click Login. 3. Enter the PAC and click Login. Adding a Memorized Account 1. Click Memorized Accounts on the Welcome page under the menu heading. 2. Under Add, enter a name for the new memorized account and the Card Number. 3. Click Add. Deleting a Memorized Account 1. Click Memorized Accounts on the Welcome page under the menu heading. 2. Under Existing Memorized Accounts, click Delete to the right of the account to remove. Logging Out Members can click on any of the Logout links throughout the Mobile Web pages, for example, on the Menu page to the right of Logged in as <member name>. After clicking on Logout, a Logged Out confirmation displays.

3 Online Banking Functions The Mobile Web service allows members to perform the following functions after they have logged in: My Accounts View Account Summary/Balances and Activity Pay Bills Perform immediate and future dated payments Transfer Funds Perform immediate and future dated transfers View and delete scheduled bill payments and transfers Account Summary To see the Account Summary page. from the Menu page, click My Accounts. The following information displays for each account: Current balances of each account Any scheduled bill payments (if enabled) Any scheduled transfers (if enabled) Note: The number of scheduled bill payments and transfers will appear to the right in parentheses.

4 Account Activity MOBILE WEB USER GUIDE PORTAGE CREDIT UNION To view an account s history. from the Account Summary page, click <account name>. The following information shows: Transaction Order Newest to Oldest The date range between the Start and End dates should be 15 days (15 days of transactions won t necessarily display in one screen but by clicking Older Activity, it will display up to 15 days of activity and no more) Return to Account Summary Go to Menu page Logout from the Mobile Web

5 Pay Bills To make a bill payment: 1. Click on Pay Bills on the Menu page. 2. Select the pay from account by clicking the account name. 3. On the second page, under payees, click on the name of the payee to receive the payment of funds. 4. On the third page, enter the Amount $. 5. Pick either Today or click the radio button beside Other date and enter a date for the payment. 6. Click Continue to display the Pay Bills Confirm Page.

6 7. Click Confirm. If the payment cannot be completed, an error message will display. Note: Members cannot set up bill payees via Mobile Web; it must be done through Internet Banking. Viewing Scheduled Bill Payments This will display the same way for both Internet Banking and Mobile Web. Members can view Scheduled Bill Payments from the Account Summary page by clicking Scheduled Bill Payments. If the user does not have any scheduled bill payments, the message, You do not have any scheduled bill payments. displays on the Account Summary page.

7 Deleting Scheduled Bill Payments The credit union must have viewing Scheduled Bill Payments enabled to delete a scheduled bill payment. To delete a scheduled bill payment: 1. Under My Accounts, click Bill Payments. 2. Click Delete below the bill payment to be deleted. 3. Click Confirm to complete the deletion. Transfer Funds 1. To make a transfer, from the Menu page click Transfer Funds. 2. Select the transfer from account by clicking the account name. 3. On the second page, select the To Account by clicking the account name.

8 4. On the third page, enter the Amount $. 5. Pick either Today or click the radio button beside Other date and enter a date for the transfer. 6. Click on continue to display the Transfer Funds Confirm Page. 7. Click Confirm. If the transfer cannot be completed, an error message will display. Viewing Scheduled Transfers This will display the same way for both Internet Banking and Mobile Web. Members can view Scheduled Transfers from the Account Summary page by clicking Scheduled Transfers.

9 If the user does not have any scheduled transfers, the message You do not have any scheduled transfers. displays on the Account Summary page. Deleting Scheduled Transfers To delete a scheduled transfer: 1. Under My Accounts, click on Scheduled Transfers. 2. Click Delete below the transfer to be deleted. 3. Click Confirm to complete the deletion. Non Banking Functions Find Branch/ATM Rates Information Memorized Accounts Contact Us Help Full Site Access Privacy and Legal terms Find Branch/ATM Members and visitors using Mobile Web can find the locations of credit unions branches and/or ATM s. Members can search for branches only or both branches and ATMs. 1. Click on Find Branch/ATM on the Welcome page under the menu heading. Members that use an iphone to access the Mobile Web service can use the native GPS in the device to find the nearest branch or ATM. 2. Enter street, city or postal code and click Search. 3. Click on the branch name to see further information about the branch. 4. After viewing the branch information, return to the search results, perform a new search or go to the Menu page. Rates Information Members can view current information on interest and foreign exchange rates. 1. Click on Rates on the Welcome page under the menu heading. A list of rates should display. Default is broken down into the following order: Savings Accounts Foreign Exchange Rates Mortgage Rates RRSP Rates Prime Rate. 2. After viewing the Rates page, return to the Menu page.

10 Contact Us Members can find credit union Contact Us information. 1. Click on Contact Us on the Welcome page under the menu heading. The following information can be displayed: Phone Numbers Address 2. After viewing the Contact Us page, return to the Menu page. Help From the Menu page, click on Help to display a list of help topics. Full Site Access Members are able to access the Full Site by clicking on the Privacy and Legal Agreement link and then choosing Full site from that page. Internet Banking Integrated clients using Mobile Web can access the credit union s full site by clicking on the link to the credit union website on the Welcome page under the menu heading. Privacy and Legal Terms The Privacy and Legal terms links are displayed at the bottom of the Menu page.
