4 N o w, i t s e a s y t o f o c u s TM Choose between one of two map views: Aerial, where you can see the land s physical layout To keep life simple, TransFUSION Network s map uses three key viewing modes: Power, Trailers, and Freight. Finding assets is easy, because it shows you just what you re looking for. Then, within each mode, choose between My Fleet showing your assets only and Virtual Fleet showing all assets made public by the TransFUSION community. Suddenly, the trucking world is at your desktop. 5 TransFUSION Apps In TransFUSION Network, the map is your key interface, but the apps are where the magic happens. Located in the lower left and lower right corners of your screen, these buttons let you interact with the Network and make the most of your experience. Each one appears at certain times based on what you re doing, which depends on the Viewing Mode Power, Trailers, or Freight and whether you re looking at the big picture or selecting a particular asset. Here s how: Power Mode Apps Message Vehicles Quickly see a log with all of a vehicle s messages: order requests, driver responses all laid out for easy reading. Ping Vehicle Hit this button, and a satellite signal will pinpoint your vehicle s current location. Vehicle Match See Vehicle Grid In an instant, TransFUSION lists all the trucks on the map. Sort it by vehicle number, driver name, or location. Hover your mouse over an entry to have it highlighted on the map; click on one to have your map automatically zoom in on it. New Message Send a message to your truck, and choose how it arrives. A note sent in Sleepy mode, for example, comes silently, to avoid waking your driver at night. But if you ever need it, Emergency mode carries messages with a loud alert, commanding immediate attention. Have a truck that needs some freight? Use this app to find it, based on the truck s location, destination, and equipment specifications. Vehicle Trail For easy double-checking, see your truck s 75 most recently pinged locations, taken regularly by the system. Along with a mapped line, you ll have a list of locations with timestamps, and an indicator of whether the ignition was on or off. Remove Posted Vehicle Want to remove a vehicle you ve posted to be booked for freight? Do so in a snap. Just hit this button.

6 Freight Mode Apps Read Order Message See a log of all a load s messages: order requests, driver responses all laid out for easy reading in an instant. See Freight Grid Get a quick look at all freight, listed in order by freight number, location, or the last logged position date. Hover your mouse over an entry and the map will automatically highlight it on the map. Click on it, and the map will enlarge it. Ping Order With our GPS-matching, have the TransFUSION system track down your order s precise location by pinging the truck that s moving it. Order Match Have a load that needs a carrier? Use this feature to find one quickly, searching by current location, destination, and equipment specs. See Order Trail Create Order It s easy to add a load to your map. Simply enter its pickup location, ready time, completion time, and destination, along with the shipment details, including weight, miles, equipment type needed, and your contact information. Post Order If you ve created an order and want to post it for other carriers to book, then hit this button. In an instant, all other Network members can see it on their maps, too. te c h n o l o g y at yo u r f i n g e r t i p s Our system will match the location of your freight to the GPS system of the truck carrying it, so that when it moves, you can see it, too. View the trail on the map along with a list of its 75 most recent locations and time stages. See Stop Grid Like the Freight Grid, this window shows all of a load s stops. Hover your mouse over one to have its spot highlighted on the map; click on it to have the map automatically enlarge it. Delete Order Something suddenly change? No worries. Just click on this tool and your load s off the market in a snap.

7 Tr a i l e r M o d e A p p s Trailer Grid Quickly list all your trailers, sorted by trailer number, location, or their last-logged position date. Hover your mouse over an entry to have it highlighted on the map, and click on one to have your map zoom in. Ping Trailer Want to know where it is right now? Hit this button to signal one of our tracking satellites, and your trailer will be pinpointed on the map. See Trailer Trail Like the Power Mode s Trail app, this one lets you see a mapped line and a list of the last 75 points your trailer visited. It s an easy way to watch your assets. Map Mode Apps, For Any Mode Filters Quickly list all your trailers. Target your search, among vehicles, trailers, or loads. Specify the status Available, Planned, Running, Posted, Unavailable and the unit type: Container, Flatbed, Reefer, Straight truck, Tanker, or Standard van. Map Settings Customize your map for you. To optimize it for your connection, set the map s refresh rate to update every 30, 60 or 90 seconds. Plus, you can also choose between Road or Aerial views, and whether to overlay your view with traffic information.
