Include translated and original copies of most recent report card. Include translated and original transcript from the previous school year Note: All students will be required to submit a final transcript for the current school year during the enrolment process. Include a copy of the student's birth certificate and passport. Applicants are required to indicate the English proficency test type, date and location. Acceptable assessments include: (Grade 9-12) Toefl, IELTS, or Pearson. All non-native English speakers are required to take an external language proficiency test, even students applying from Canadian schools. Results must be sent directly to HSC from the governing testing body. Applicants for Senior School will have an interview on their visit day, or will complete a Skype interview and oral assessment. Confirmation of English proficency score received by College from the governing testing body. Applicants will have a Skype meeting with Student Success counsellor. Timely notification of admission decision. College issues Enrolment Package. Confirm acceptance by completing the enrolment forms and returning them with full fees. Upon receipt of full tuition fees and completed enrolment forms, the College will issue a letter for immigration purposes. Reminders Application Submission Checklist The application forms must be completed in full and have both parental signatures. For shared custody arrangements, both parental signatures are also required. If someone other than the parents is responsible for payment of the tuition fees and charges (Sponsor), the College will require their information in Section Three (Guardian/ Sponsor Information) and their signature on the application form. If someone other than the parents has legal responsibility for the applicant (Guardian) the College will require their information in Section Three (Guardian/Sponsor Information) and their signature on the application form. The College assigns Tuition Payment Plan I (International) for students who are not permanent residents in Canada. Clearly identify who will be recieving monthly communications including tuition statements, Parent(s), Student or Guardian/Sponsor. 5 HSC INTERNATIONAL FEE SCHEDULE To view our International Fee Schedule and Enrolment Booklet please visit > Admissions > International Students Fee Schedule Details: Tuition Fees include lunch and transportation Expansion Fund Fees are assessed on the two oldest children in each family. Full fee $900 for full-day student, $300 for 2nd child. Expansion Fees are not required for 3rd and subsequent children enrolled. Payment Details: All International Fees are due upon submission of a signed Enrollment Contract and enrolment documents. Upon receipt of full tuition fees, the College will issue a fees paid letter for immigration purposes. Wire Payment Information: Please contact the HSC Business Office to recieve our wire payment information at Online Banking: The HSC Business Office will accept online banking payments. The Payee will be Hillfield Strathallan College, and your account number will be the statement record ID. (The Business or Admissions office can help you secure this number once the student's record is established.) Finance Costs: The HSC Business Office will issue a monthly statement of account. Late Payment charges on account balances are assessed at 1.5% per month.
