6 General Notes for All Regions of Maharashtra Circle 1. Wardha performed best as individual office 2. Overall Pune and Aurangabad regions performed well in this fortnight 3. Cases marked in RED FONT require immediate action from Region 4. Phase 1B, will commence soon, Found lots of discrepancies in Minus Balance at SO Level and data sent by concerned s to Divisional level (It seems issue is sorted out at, but its not reflected in SO s Database), require to resolve such issues at all post offices of Phase 1 B. 5. Check once again list of 1B Phase office and if any of the mentioned is ND (Without Counters) update immediately to Circle. 6. Require confirmation via mail for, Interest posting of at all Pilot and Phase 1 A Offices has to be completed before 14 th April Interest posting of at all Phase 1 B Offices has to be completed before 30 th April 12, s should release list to respective SO s on priority. 8. In DB Analyzer section, below mentioned column should display consolidated value of all a/c types (SB+RD+MIS+PPF+TD+NSS+SCS) and not only of SB for, Ledger entries with invalid LOT Date A/C without name of Depositor A/C without address of Depositor A/C with blank A/C type 9. Details should be taken at the end of working day and the same to be updated on same day in website. 10. Confirmation require for Everyday after generating DB Discrepancies report, it should be saved in one drive by creating one folder for each date, also wherever data is shown as No Record Found, kindly take screen shot of the same and save it in same folder for that day (Its very important for Audit Purpose). 11. REMINDER-2, Awaiting response for earlier target of 31 st March 12, data from SO to has to get fetched and the comparison between Sanchaya to V2 SBCO has to be completed before 5 th April 12 at level. 12. REMINDER-2, Awaiting status of earlier target, Offices whose score is 100 or those who got stuck due to Minus Balance Recovery Cases, they have to keep working on nullifying all cases and at the same time they should start guiding respective s all Sub offices for reducing DB discrepancies and minus balance. (For doing same, Offices can ask Sub Offices to Fill N_Performa_ExcelFile and submit the same to concerned s). REMINDER-2, NO RESPONSE FROM ANY REGION, All Regions should plan a meeting at region level and instruct all SPM/PM s and SA of All s (including Phase 1A) with one representative from Divisional Level to attend the same for guiding them on CB Data upload and nullifying discrepancies. (Note: While planning this meeting, kindly put PMU Unit also in loop, PMU Unit at circle level should attend and discuss about CB pre data migration) 14. Minus Balance and SBCO/SOSB Objections: Kindly put all pending cases into excel with little description to understand each issues separately and bifurcate it into mentioned columns of CBS Pre Data Migration Report and put it into Website. 15. All data to be mentioned in the above website is of that Office only (including attach BO s, if any) and not of SO s. 16. Kindly mention exact numbers of DB Discrepancies in report, except for No. of unposted entries for all schemes as it shows report for s and including all SO s, here we have to take data of that individual Only. 17. To reduce discrepancies effectively, Regions who has not formed a team, they should form a team and visit all s for quick Impact on immediate basis. 18. SB Accounts without previous year interest entry cases for NREGS and MV A/c, kindly coordinate and resolve issues with the help from SDC Chennai. (At REGIONAL Level Only) 19. If any issues not sorted at Office or at Divisional level, it should immediately escalate to Regional and Circle level 20. As per instruction from Maharashtra Circle, NISG Executives will start visiting Phase 1 Offices as well, requesting cooperation for same from all Offices.
