6 Why Formalize Onboarding? Why now? Peer interactions through AGA and others outside the gas industry indicated this was an area to improve employee engagement and insure consistency Increase in field activity driving a large increase in field hiring One company approach UGI1 Initiative Step toward consistent OQ task assignments within a field employee s career path

7 Onboarding Concept Begin employment in training on Day 1 Consistent safety message and focus Consistent communication of corporate history, mission, and values Issue and review all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
