With Gateway, Digital and HDTV, if subscribing to any particular premium channel, the customer will receive ALL premium channels in that suite for the same premium rate (example: If subscribing to HBO with Classic service only, the customer would receive only one HBO. 9 Troubleshooting Before you call the EPB please check the following: 1. Is the electricity on? Sounds like a silly question to ask, but many times during the daylight hours you may not realize that there is actually an electrical outage rather than a problem with your cable. Is your tv or equipment connected to an outlet or power strip on a switch? If so, make sure that the switch hasn t been inadvertently turned off. 2. If you have EPB Classic or Digital service, is your TV tuned to Channel 3? The EPB cable service will only operate when your tv is on channel 3, if you are using any of the EPB s converters or DCT s. If you have EPB HD, make sure your input is set to, typically, Component 1 or HDMI. 3. Is the cable securely attached to your tv, equipment and outlet? Many times a child s toy, pet or vacuum can dislodge the cable. 4. Unplug your converter box, DCT or DVR, then plug it back in. Give it a few minutes to reset and see if that resolves any problem you may be having. Many times after a power blink a simple reset is all that is needed to get everything functioning properly again. If these steps don t resolve your problem, remember we are only a phone call away!
