Global company employing approx. 32,000 employees worldwide with 6 UK sites In-house OH service, part of the Safety and HR function Wider team includes safety practitioners, ergonomists, hygienists and toxicologists OH team comprises OH physicians, nurses, technicians, physiotherapists and reactivation therapist, CBT therapists and Specialist Practitioner in drugs and alcohol Pre-placement and on-going fitness for work assessments Health surveillance Case management and rehabilitation Workplace assessments Business travel health advice/vaccination Physiotherapy Counselling [Cognitive Behavioural Therapy] Drug and alcohol support Health Promotion

7 Wellbeing Strategy Our strategy is to protect, maintain and enhance the overall physical, social and mental wellbeing of all our employees. We do this by creating and sustaining safe and healthy work places and environments with positive and supportive working cultures where our employees enjoy working and have a sense of purpose and meaning in their working lives. 7

8 Proposed Strategic Imperative Jaguar Land Rover recognise the importance of feeling well not just being well. We believe that by fostering a supportive, safe and healthy work environment our employees will feel valued, engaged, energised and motivated to join us in our journey to Zero Harm, performing better and contribute more strongly to business success. Wellbeing is a key element of our Employee Value Proposition and is integrated into our business processes and embedded in our culture. Our aim is to ensure that working for JLR is an experience people love for life. We believe this approach will help us to be the employer of choice, attract and retain the best talent, increase productivity and attendance and reduce ill health working towards optimum health. 8

9 How A multidisciplinary team of Wellbeing Partners will be appointed to drive the Wellbeing agenda, establish the priorities and co-ordinate the delivery of the wellbeing initiatives. This team, led by Occupational Health will design the optimum programmes with a wide and diverse range of activities considering the demographics of the workforce, their health needs and preferences and specific health risks. 9
