20 Main Issues-problems with the standards Problem FALSE CALLS (HeERO - Faulty mobile phones problem.doc) According to Czech telco experts the currently running HeERO project has not taken into consideration the document EN Czech Pilot Site proposed to incorporate this standard into the scope of HeERO testing activities. 20

21 Plans for the future analysis of KPI parameter anomalies evaluation of special tests focusing on ecall behaviour in impaired conditions of GSM/GPS signal IVS bugs fixes (areas: logging procedure, GPS freezing, in-band modem transmission reliability) In band modem benchmark test with Qualcomm PSAP modem change request implementation (better identification of not correct MSD parameters) Preparation of environment for test phase 2 21

22 Public / User Acceptance Safety-relevant and safety-critical applications - the conformity assessment of components and testing and verification of reliable function. Before the introduction of a new product on the market Regular inspection during the operation time. Failure in the critical situations - the public could loose their trust in these systems. 22
