Open category students: Rs. 250/- b. Reserve category students: Rs. 200/- 4. Mode of payment of fees: By cash, in College Office, Main Building 5. Students must carry their Entrance Test Fee receipt and photo identity proof (driving license/passport/pan/adhar Card) while appearing for the test. 6. After the TYBA results of Pune University are declared, it will be students responsibility to submit attested copy of mark list at the Dept of Psychology within the time period that will be announced later. 7. Only the Applicants appearing for Entrance Test will be considered for preparing 8. 3 Guidelines for filling Application Form 1. Go to college website 2. Click on Admission section select On-line admission 3. Select the class M.A. I Psychology Non-Grant (Application) 4. Fill complete information in the Application Form 5. Take the print out of the duly completed Application Form and Entrance Test Fee challan 6. Attach attested photo copies of following documents and submit the form in College Office, Main Building, along with payment of Entrance Test Fee: Sr. No. Documents to be submitted along with Application Form 1. 4 Admission to M.A. Part I Psychology [ ] Guidelines for Entrance Test For admission to M.A.Part I - Psychology, for the year , an Entrance Test will be conducted, IRRESPECTIVE OF TYBA RESULTS OF PUNE UNIVERSITY. The guidelines are as follows: Instructions to applicants Students should fill Application Form on-line, on College Website; and submit a hard copy to the college office along with necessary documents and fees, on or before As and when the TYBA results of Pune University are out, it will be students responsibility to deposit an attested copy of the Mark List at the Psychology Dept. A separate notice regarding the same will be put up on website/notice board. Applicants (from Fergusson College as well as other colleges) appearing for Entrance Test will only be considered for preparing Criterion of eligibility B.A. with Psychology at special level (preferably) Nature of Entrance Test Written test Dates of Entrance Test 27 th June, 2014 Time Marks Written test: 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. 50 marks Venue Will be put up on department notice board on 27 th June, at noon Format of test Medium of language Syllabus Weightage of marks for Written test: Essay on application of psychological principles to current issue in about 500 words (15 marks)- Any one out of two Short notes in about 200 words each (10 marks)- Any two out of four Interview: Interview will be conducted to assess conceptual clarity in the subject English Undergraduate syllabus of Psychology, Pune University (Refer to the Pune University website) 70% weightage to Entrance Test Marks 30% weightage to BA Marks 1. Students who have / have not got their TYBA marks sheet, and are desirous of taking admission to M.A. Part I Psychology, must fill the application form (refer the guidelines) and appear for the Entrance Test. 2. Only eligible applicants appearing for the Entrance Test will be considered for preparing Merit List 4
