Services include: Ecommerce implementation, Custom development, Mobile & Social apps, UX and UI design The Role Greenlight is looking for an enthusiastic individual that can help to pitch/sell in some of our fantastic content, data and news generated campaigns to a network of high end bloggers and influencers. Reporting to the Community Engagement Manager, within the Content and Engagement team, you will be devising engagement strategies to take our creative campaigns to market. Working with our extensive, established blogger network, the relationships you form and manage will determine the success of the campaigns for our wide client base. Internally you will support our Events Manager, and our Community and Engagement Manager, to ensure maximum exposure for all creative content. Externally, you will be working closely with key bloggers, journalists and webmasters on client campaigns. Key Responsibilities Support in the creation of campaign concepts for our clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with the devised strategy and shared efficiently amongst your contacts. Building natural coverage, shares and links. Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with key bloggers, identifying publishers through social media/link analysis, using journalist databases, engaging with online communities and attending industry events. Helping to build and grow our reputation within the blogging community. Support content and engagement strategists in writing-up and bringing ideas to life Working with the wider Content and Engagement team to develop ideas for clients and new approaches to our work. Keeping tabs on what our competitors and clients competitors are doing within the industry, always seeking to educate the wider team and advocate best practice. Developing your knowledge in on and off-page SEO, and social media strategy. Essential Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4 The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders through different mediums, building strong working relationships. A proven track record in off page SEO and online relationship building A genuine interest in digital, PR and social media. The ideal applicant would have/regularly contribute to a blog or social media platform. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of at least two of the following industries; Finance, Consumer Technology, B2B Tech and Lifestyle, including having prior relationships with journalists and bloggers in the sector. The ideal candidate could easily reel off the 10 most influential journalists/bloggers in the sector. A creative thinker who is at ease sharing ideas in a group situation. Understanding of what motivates influencers to share and link to content. A proactive and organised approach to work, with demonstrable attention to detail. Software skills: Social media monitoring tools (important) Majestic SEO (important) Open Site Explorer (important) Photoshop/other graphics packages (useful) Salesforce (useful) Excel (essential Personal Attributes: Energy and enthusiasm for all things PR, Digital and Social Media. Curiosity asking questions and finding opportunities, generating ideas and encouraging others to think differently. Great communication skills engaging, articulate and passionate. Interpersonal skills you should be at ease networking with influencers and industry leaders. Proactive and eager to learn new skills at all times.
