2 System functionalities A full range of advanced smart telephony features allows you to set the PBX to maximize the effi ciency and effectiveness of the telephone system. With the Virtual Receptionist functionality with speech recognition, your customers will be able to connect directly with the person they want to talk to, by just saying his or her name. Routing: Automatic distribution of incoming calls applying different criteria. Voice-over management: Upload, microphone recording or voice-over text-based creation (TTS) in different languages, playable as needed during the call. Virtual receptionist and IVR: An opening voice menu confi guration allows the user to select between different options by means of telephone keypad (DTMF). Queue management: Confi guration of queues (groups), with customizable music. Multiple Caller ID: Tou can select the number you want to show depending on the destination of the call. Schedules and calendars management: Choose the behavior of the call according to the day and time. Lists: Set-up lists in relation to the calling number for multiple purposes (white, black and VIP lists). Calls recording: You can record any call by default, or specifi c calls on demand. Virtual fax: Delivery and reception of faxes in an account. Virtual voic Delivery received messages in.wav format to predefi ned addresses. Users of the Virtual PBX can call and receive calls easily from their PC with Webphone, a multimedia functionality based on WebRTC. Transfers: Possibility to make transfers, both assisted and direct. Three-way conferences: You can add a third caller to an ongoing telephone conversation. Default call forwading: You can set-up a default forward in case your telephone is busy or the call is unanswered. Extension status indicators: Visibility of the status of every extension in the PBX. Call capture: Users can capture calls that are ringing in another extension.
