1 MITCHELL COUNTY 4-H & FFA LIVESTOCK SHOW Raymond Fuller Memorial Scholarship APPLICATION FORM Raymond Fuller Memorial will provide a $ college scholarship for on exhibitor in the Mitchell County 4-H & FFA Livestock Show. The scholarship winner will be chosen by a Board of Mitchell County farmers and ranchers. ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS To be eligible to apply for the Raymond Fuller Memorial Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements. 1. Be an active member of the Texas FFA Association and/or the Texas 4-H Association and be listed on his or her clubs respective roster. 2. Upon graduation, have completed at least three active membership years in the Texas FFA Association and/or Texas 4-H Association. 3. Be a current senior student in high school. 4. Be an exhibitor in the Mitchell County 4-H & FFA Livestock Show in his or her senior year. 5. Submit a current years Raymond Fuller Memorial Scholarship application form. The Raymond Fuller Memorial Scholarship application form must: 1. Have all application form pages complete. 2. Be typewritten, except for essay and signature. 3. Contain all requested signatures. 4. Contain a wallet size photograph of the applicant suitable for print. The application form includes the following pages: 1 cover page 3 information pages 1 personal essay page (handwritten) 1 academic page (to be completed by school principal or counselor) These six pages, along with the personal essay, must be turned in to Ty Wood s office on Friday January 8 th, 2016 by 5:00PM. Applicants should be prepared to go for an interview in front of an interview committee on Monday January 11 th, Interviews will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. at Ty Wood s office. Memo
