The Schl f Crprate Gvernance& Public Plicy aims t prvide the knwledge and expertise t meet the challenges f inclusive and sustainable crprate

2 peratin and grwth. With the fcus shifting frm regulatin t delivery, the schl aims t create capacity t render advice n systemic refrms n ne end as well as imprve service delivery at the ther end. This includes the study f the management f regulatry and administrative systems f the Ministry and its field fficers n an n-ging basis with a view t cntinuusly imprving these systems. The Schl f Crprate Gvernance& Public Plicy strives t cntribute twards a better understanding f crprate management issues and t cnslidate the psitin f IICA as a high quality institute and think tank. Schl f Crprate Law The Schl undertakes instructins in a manner designed t encurage and facilitate the develpment f an enabling framewrk fr cmpany managers and prfessinals t discharge their regulatry cmpliance respnsibilities. The curse includes in depth study f all legal prvisins and acts that directly r indirectly impact the frm and functin f crprate entities. Study f Crprate Law and Cmpany Regulatin a ; Limited Liability Partnership Law; the regulatin and functin f prfessinal bdies thrugh the Chartered Accuntants Act, the Cst and Wrks Accuntant Act and the Cmpany Secretaries Act; understanding the scpe and limitatins f the Partnerships Act and Scieties Registratin Act, are all aimed at creating an envirnment f enlightened legal ease.
