Morton Building, 7 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 9:00 am, Bureau of Environment Conference Room (Room 161) AGENDA The following projects/items will be discussed, in approximately this order, at approximately the times listed. 9:00 Finalize the November 18, 2015 Meeting Minutes 9:05 Sugar Hill, 40489, Bridge # (212/126) Rehab bridge that carries NH Rte. 18, 116 over Indian Creek (212/126). The existing structure is a metal pipe arch that is 8-9 wide and 6-0 wide. Proposed work consists of removing the pipe and replacing it with a concrete slab bridge and riprap. (location map & AIR). Bureau of Bridge Maintenance will provide a project overview. Environmental concerns: Wetlands 9:20 Gilford, 40799, Bridge # (121/102) Rehab bridge that carries Rte. 11B over Gunstock River (121/102). Existing structure is a concrete slab bridge. Proposed work consists of the following: replace concrete deck and install riprap. (location map & AIR). Bureau of Bridge Maintenance will provide a project overview. Environmental concerns: Wetlands 9:35 Hampton, 40800, Bridge # (146/087) Rehab bridge that carries NH Rte. 1 over Taylor River (146/087). The existing structure is a prestressed concrete slab bridge that has a 32-0 span and 57-0 width. Proposed work consists of patching, installing a membrane, and paving the bridge. Concrete erosion at the waterline will be repaired. (location map & AIR). Bureau of Bridge Maintenance will provide a project overview. Environmental concerns: Wetlands, Coastal Zone, 9:50 Bedford, X-A001(160), The project involves the rehabilitation or replacement of a 90 metal pipe (Bridge 151/151) that carries Bowman Brook under NH Route 114. The project is located on NH Route 114, approximately a 1/2 mile north of NH Route 101, where Old Bedford Road travels over NH Route 114. (location map & AIR). FST will provide an update on proposed impacts. This project was previously reviewed on the following date:7/16/2014. Environmental concerns: Wetlands, floodplains/floodways, Fisheries/stream crossings, EFH 10:15 End Note: The next scheduled meeting is January 20, 2016 in the Bureau of Environment Conference Room (Room 161).
