Aspect Education Services offers a wide range of courses at our training centers in the USA, UK, India and Singapore, as well as onsite training in your facilities upon request. Aspect Education Services provides training classes on a regular basis at Aspect Education Services training centers. You will find additional information, such as the dates and locations of upcoming training classes, in the online Aspect Education Services Training Calendar. Aspect Education Services offers foundational and advanced courses, as well as certification exams. Foundational courses are beginner classes and typically do not require any prior knowledge. If you would like to join an advanced course, you must participate in the related foundational course, so you have the knowledge needed for the advanced level. For some advanced courses, we offer an Aspect certification exam. By passing this one day online certification, you will achieve recognition for the knowledge acquired. Training Models Standard Training at the Aspect Education Services Training Centers All standard training classes will be held at our training centers in the USA, UK, India and Singapore. Taught in English, the training classes are led by Aspect s highly trained staff. The number of seats in these classes are limited. The class size limitation gives the trainer the opportunity to spend enough time on your special needs and questions. To participate in one of our classes, please check the scheduled dates. Onsite Training with our Aspect Education Services Trainers Onsite training classes are a cost-effective solution for companies that require training for several employees or a group inside the company. Our trainers are able to teach the full curriculum onsite at your facilities. These classes are limited to ten participants. Aspect Education Services Certification Exams Aspect Education Services offers several certifications, depending on Aspect product and the kind of proven expertise. Certifications deliver the best return on your training investment and underscores your expertise on the related Aspect product. Aspect product certifications are online exams which require approximately one day. 3 Aspect CXP Courses 0629 Aspect Customer experience Platform Overview Anyone interested in state-of-the-art phone applications will benefit from this overview of how to use Aspect CXP to deploy and manage phone self-service applications. This course introduces the most advanced application lifecycle suite available on the market today. Through many hands-on, practical and interactive exercises, participants get a thorough understanding both of the Aspect CXP architecture and the interfaces to other components like media platforms and back-end systems. Using CXP Developer and a basic set of our object-based dialog building blocks, including layers and business tasks, participants develop and manage a phone application. Several demos including reporting and text- or web-based phone applications complete the overview about the CXP platform. This course can be booked back-to-back with Developing Voice Applications using CXP Developer. No previous technical experience is required. June

4 0631 Developing Voice Applications Using CXP Developer Consultants, application developers (voice/video), system integrators. This course is a more technical continuation of the Aspect CXP Overview training. During intensive, handson exercises, many different dialog objects are introduced and added to an expanding, increasingly complex application. The course agenda also adds a broad scope of special sessions, including but not limited to sessions addressing grammar and audio resources, prompt management, back-end integration, application testing, and user management on CXP Server. 3 Days Experience from Aspect CXP Overview is required. Programming experience and basic technical knowledge is recommended, but not required. Experience from Aspect Prophecy Overview is required. Certification Participating in Prophecy Overview and Prophecy Installation and Administration qualifies you to apply for an Aspect Certified Prophecy Administrator Certification. June

This course explains all administrative and operational aspects of Aspect CXP, including sizing, installation and configuration of CXP Server, cluster management, and basic support processes. Demos and practical, hands-on exercises address CXP installers, and administration using the Control Center or Web Services Interface, as well as troubleshooting techniques. Aspect CXP Overview is required. Developing Voice Applications using CXP Developer is recommended, but not required. Basic knowledge of system and network administration is recommended, but not required. Certification Participating in CXP Overview and CXP Installation and Administration qualifies you to apply for a Voxeo Certified CXP Administrator Certification. June

6 Aspect Prophecy Courses 0627 Aspect Prophecy Overview Anyone interested in state-of-the-art IVR platforms will benefit from this overview of how to use Aspect s Prophecy platform. This course provides a big picture overview of our state-of-the-art Unified Self-Service solution and proves how easy it is to deploy your services on our flagship communication platform, Aspect Prophecy. Understand how Aspect Prophecy enables you to consistently interact with your customers across multiple interaction channels including Voice, SMS, IM, the Mobile Web, and social networks like Twitter, and unlock the neglected power of your communications. Learn about the built-in tools for service administration, operations, and analytics, including Prophecy Commander, Debugger, Call Recorder and Log Analyst. Also learn about the different scenarios, tools, and APIs available to create and deploy your applications. You will be introduced to Prophecy s 100% open standards approach, with an overview of SIP, CCXML, and VoiceXML. You will learn about the features of the Prophecy platform as well as the flexibility to deploy Prophecy onpremise or on-demand via Aspect s worldwide carrier-grade SaaS cloud. This course explains all administrative and operational aspects for an on-premise installation of Aspect Prophecy, including sizing, installation and configuration, license management, monitoring, and logging and reporting. All architecture concepts will be explained in detail, including routing to applications, servers / sites / groups, and services / resources / virtual platforms. Advanced topics cover telephony integration for analog lines and SIP and third party ASR/TTS deployment. Demos and practical, hands-on exercises address Prophecy installers, configuration files, Prophecy Commander and Dashboard, as well as troubleshooting techniques. This course is scheduled back-to-back with Aspect Prophecy Overview. Experience from Aspect Prophecy Overview is required. Certification Participating in Prophecy Overview and Prophecy Installation and Administration qualifies you to apply for an Aspect Certified Prophecy Administrator Certification. June

This course will help you to understand basic concepts of CCXML and how CCXML integrates with VXML or any dialog system. Understand that CCXML is an asynchronous event processing language and what that exactly means.
