11 Are you settling for less? Symptoms Chapter 2 Process Support and Improvement Plans are made but not necessarily followed. Work is not tracked against the plan; plans are not adjusted. Requirements are not consistent; changes are not managed. Estimates are way of; over commitment is common. When overruns become apparent, a crisis atmosphere develops.
