6 Case MFW Doc 383 Filed 11/20/14 Page 6 of 8 II. BACKGROUND 2. On August 4, 2014 (the Petition Date, the Debtor filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor has continued in the management of its businesses and operation of its properties pursuant to sections 1107(a and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. 3. In accordance with the provisions of section 1102(b of the Bankruptcy Code, on August 19, 2014, the United States Trustee appointed an official committee of unsecured creditors (the Committee in the Debtor s case. 4. On November 10, 2014, this Court entered an Order [Docket No. 359] approving the retention of A&M as financial advisors to the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee effective August 21, On August 27, 2014 the Court entered the Administrative Order Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Professionals and Committee Members (the Interim Compensation Order [Docket #110]. Pursuant to the Interim Fee Order and section 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. 331, A&M submits this Application for interim allowance of compensation for professional services rendered and for reimbursement of expenses necessarily incurred by A&M in serving as financial advisors to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. By this procedure, in absence of any objection to the monthly fee application with fifteen (15 days of the submission thereof, Debtors are authorized to pay 80% of the fees requested and 100% of the disbursements requested. Pursuant to the Interim Fee Order, A&M submits this Application for the period from August 21, 2014 through October 31, Pursuant to the Interim Fee Order, Applicant submits this First Interim Fee Application seeking interim approval and allowance of compensation in the amount of
