(Nte: Only the Degree Audit Reprt (pdf) is pictured in this dcument. The reprt is nt shwn in full; specific fields frm a larger reprt are shwn as examples.) The nline My Academic s reprt and Degree Audit reprt (pdf) can be run by: Staff frm the M-Pathways pages Students frm the Student Center Staff frm the Student Services Center Advisrs frm Faculty Business - View My Advisees In prgress cursewrk are curses that have been registered fr but have nt yet been graded. In prgress cursewrk is cunted tward satisfying a requirement and is included as used in the requirement required/used/needed calculatins. There are three requirement cmpletin statuses: Satisfied - all required cursewrk r nn-cursewrk related requirements are cmpleted. Pending Satisfied - the nly cursewrk remaining t satisfy the requirement is currently in prgress. Nt Satisfied - cursewrk r nn-cursewrk related requirements are still needed. s have the fllwing hierarchy: Grups (RG) Cntains ne r mre s (RQ) s (RQ) Cntains ne r mre Lines Lines Specific curses that satisfy a (RQ) Students may request and advisrs may grant exceptins t the degree audit requirements. There are fur types f exceptins: Curse Directive allws a curse that is nt nrmally accepted int a r Line t satisfy a. Waiver is used t bypass a specific academic requirement. Change is used t mdify the amunt f units r curses needed t cmplete a r Line. Override is used t replace a specific academic requirement. There are sme differences between the nline My Academic s reprt and the Degree Audit Reprt (pdf). They are: Only the Degree Audit Reprt (pdf) includes: Prgram, Term, Status, Prgram Status, Credit Infrmatin, Curse Type Legend, and Curse Histry fields. Repeat cdes display nly n Degree Audit Reprt (pdf) in the curse histry. Curse tpics and class tpics display nly n the Degree Audit Reprt (pdf) in the curse histry. The Override exceptin displays bth the riginal and replacement requirement alng with a Override statement n the Degree Audit Reprt (pdf).
