3 Program Review The Hyundai Circle program is a vehicle purchase program that offers a preset discounted price to our Business Affiliates. Key Suppliers Affiliate Companies Approved Vendors Community Organizations The new program replaced the Associate Purchase Plan (APP) effective February 2, Self Administered through the Hyundai Circle Website. 2

4 Business Affiliate Purchase Plan Description Eligibility Hyundai Motor Affiliates, Vendors, Suppliers & Vendors, Community Organizations and Friends of Employees. Pricing 3% Discount from Invoice based on MSRP; Plus Freight and Advertising; less Consumer Rebates and Hyundai Circle Cash. Dealer Delivery Fee 2% of Dealer Net Invoice Special Discount $250 Per Vehicle Annual Maximum No Organizational Limit * * Individuals within each Organization are limited to four (4) Affiliate Purchases per 12 Calendar Months. 3

5 What Vehicles are Included in the Program? In General, all the Vehicles that HMA Distributes are Available for Affiliate Sales Exceptions: Recently Launched Vehicles for the First 90 Days of Production EX: Sonata Hybrid Model Lines in a Very Low Supply Condition EX: MY11 Elantra Limited Edition or Specialty Vehicles EX: Equus A Message is Sent Via to All Dealers and Affiliate Contacts at the Beginning of Each Month that Reflects What Vehicles are Included in the Program and the Circle Incentives 4

6 Pricing is Now Included on the Certificate The Dealer and Customer Should Always Verify Pricing using the most recent Incentive Matrix 5

7 Pricing Calculation A Plan Discount is Based on Vehicle MSRP Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price. Freight and Advertising Fees are Included on all Sales, including Affiliate Discounts. Affiliate, A Plan, can have Specific Incentives that routine retail sales do not have referred to as Circle Cash. Affiliate pricing includes Customer Rebate where applicable. 6

16 A Plan FAQ How does the program work? Those who qualify for the Plan A can purchase new Hyundai vehicles at the following price: Dealer Invoice Less 3% of (MSRP minus freight) Less Hyundai Circle Cash ($250) Less Current Consumer Rebate (if any, must meet qualifications) Plus Freight (included in Plan Price) Plus Advertising Fee (included in Plan Price) Who qualifies for Hyundai Circle Plan A purchase? Approved vendors who are currently doing business with HMA, HCA and HMMA and have an affiliated company ID (CID) provided from Hyundai can participate. Friends and extended family of HMA, HCA and HMMA employees can also participate in Hyundai Circle Plan A. Are all Hyundai vehicles included in Hyundai Circle? Most new Hyundai vehicles at participating dealers are eligible for purchase under this program unless specified by Hyundai Motor America management. Any changes to vehicle availability will be identified on Hyundai Circle website. Vehicles recently introduced to the U.S. market, or in limited supply, may have a delayed introduction in the Hyundai Circle A plan. What documents do I need in order to finalize a Hyundai Circle vehicle purchase? The Hyundai Circle PIN Certificate must be presented to your dealership when purchasing the vehicle. The certificate must be signed by both the customer and the dealership at the time of purchase. Hyundai Circle website will provide a printed copy and an version of the PIN Certificate to bring to the dealership. A photo ID must also be shown to the dealership for verification purposes. Are dealer installed accessories included in Hyundai Circle? The pricing for Dealer installed accessories are not a part of Hyundai Circle. Like a regular vehicle purchase, the price for dealer installed accessories should be negotiated during the purchase transaction. 15 How will the value of a trade-in affect the price of a new Hyundai? The value of a trade-in is determined and applied to a Hyundai Circle sale like a standard vehicle purchase. The dealer will determine the value of the traded vehicle at the time of the new vehicle purchase and apply the net value of the vehicle toward the purchase price. Is financing available as a part of Hyundai Circle? Vehicle financing is not specifically a part of Hyundai Circle. However, your local Hyundai dealer can assist you in the financing or leasing of your new vehicle. Since rates and terms change frequently, please check with the dealer of your choice for the financing option that best fits your needs. Does the website show how much a vehicle costs under Hyundai Circle? Yes, the website will display pricing information for vehicles in a specific dealer s inventory. Please note that pricing is subject to change. Does the vehicle on Hyundai Circle PIN Certificate need to match the vehicle being bought? No, a participant can select a different vehicle to purchase than the one used to generate the PIN Certificate. Please be aware that buying a different vehicle will likely alter the Hyundai Circle price. Your final price will require re-calculation to reflect invoice and related cost differences. Can a vehicle be leased under Hyundai Circle? Yes, the vehicles purchased using Hyundai Circle qualifies for leasing. The same price that applies to the purchase of a new vehicle will apply to the lease of a new vehicle. A dealer can assist you in determining lease payments and provide financing details. Can the Hyundai Circle be used at a Kia dealership? No, Kia vehicles do not qualify for Hyundai Circle. How many vehicles can be purchased under Plan A? A participant qualifies for 4 Plan A purchases per 12 calendar months.
