26 Becoming an Academic Partner Required Steps EMC and Institute sign the EAA Program Agreement. 2. Institute identifies individual(s) to teach course and administer the program. Administration tasks include providing program information to EMC and serving as Institute point of contact. 3. EMC provides Institute with secure access to the Faculty website where course materials, storage management simulators, administrative tools, marketing materials and other resources are available. 4. EMC provides available training dates to Institute and Institute identifies professor(s) to attend the 5 day ISM training and clear ISM certification exam with 82% or higher. 5. Institute determines how to implement the course, (either as a core offering, elective or special topic) and creates course promotional plan. 6. Institute schedules and begins teaching the course. 26
