1 SERB Sakra Emergency Response Brigade The Professional Trainers In Emergency Response
2 THE EXPERTS IN EMERGENCY RESPONSE Sakra Energency Response Brigade (SERB) was established in 1996 on Jurong Island as an industrial fire-fighting & rescue consortium. We provide expert fire protection, prevention and inspection to owners of petrochemical and chemical manufacturing plants, terminals in or near Jurong Island. Our training programmes and maintenance of equipment ensure safety is a top priority everyday. As an organization, we take pride in protecting your company s assets and investments. During emergencies, SERB responds as a fullservice industrial fire department or to supplement activities performed by internal emergency response teams. Our member companies pay an annual fixed and variable charge for our services. This means that instead of each industrial investor setting up elaborate facilities to deal with emergencies, they can concentrate on their own daily operations knowing that SERB has a complete emergency response system set up to assist whenever necessary. Through the extension of fire control, hazard mitigation, training and preventive support services, SERB remains committed to preserving life and ensuring property safety.
