10 Step by step Interviews in Madrid and Malaga October (short notice). Study visit december: 25 GP with families (in all 43). DAY 1: pick-up, transport, information. DAY 2: information EURES, Medical association in the morning. Manager pick-up at 10 (showing potential area for living, kindergarden, schools, Healthcare Centre) DAY 3: social events, excursions, looking around in the area (managers participating all day). Getting to know eachother more. DAY 4: travelday, sum up in the morning feedback goods and bads, handing our contracts.

13 To do process in a nutshell Before moving:apply for Swedish Doctors certificate (National board of Health and welfare) Before arriving: to prepare and try to help arranging kindergarden, schools, places for languagepractice, housing When they arrive: Register at Migrationboard (EU citizen), Local taxoffice for social security number, Employmentoffice (if needed), social insurance department, visit bank office (open bank account)

14 Valencia 18-19th of april In all EURES received 151 applications from spanish citizens + 62 with a citizenship from outside EU. We choose 47 CV and from them we decided that we wanted to meet with 17 in Valencia. Capacity assessment: 8-10 GPs, spread according to the reported overall picture of needs below: 6-8 Skaraborg (Karlsborg, Hjo, Götene, Lidköping, Gullspång, Töreboda) 4 Göteborg 1 Boråsområdet (Skene) 4 Bohuslän (Mellerud, Tanum, Bengtsfors, Bäckefors)
