Sustainable Building Mexican Standard Establishes a common referent for a Sustainable Builiding Voluntary instrument that fosters the implementation of best practices Compatible with international standards 2. National Consultative Council for Promoting Sustainable Buildings Promote, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the criteria of the Sustainable Building Mexican Norm 3. Adopt Mexican Norm Standards on publicly owned buildings 4. Certifications Encourage the development of different kind of certifications i (local l governments, independent; such as ISO, LEED, etc) that takes the Mexican standard as a reference 5. Economic Tools Develop a variety of economic and financial benefits to encourage the building sector to attend the Mexican Norm Standards 6 L l l ti 6.
