3 HEALTH SANDHURST CLUB: THE COMPLETE LEISURE DESTINATION GOLF LIFESTYLE Sandhurst Club is a vibrant residential estate and golf club situated less than 35 minutes south east of Melbourne s CBD. Sandhurst has been identified as the third most socio-economically advantaged suburb in Melbourne, beating out suburbs such as Kooyong, Brighton and Toorak. As reported in The Age in 2013, figures released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics show that the incomes, education and health of our community place us near the top of the index. Our estate is environmentally sensitive and innovative, and our residents are early adopters of new technologies. Our estate boasts two spectacular 18-hole championship golf courses rated in Australia s Top 100, extensive practice facilities, a stunning modern clubhouse with function rooms, a restaurant and café, health club featuring a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, basketball court and sports oval as well as numerous parks, open spaces, walking and biking paths. Sandhurst Club really is the complete leisure destination! Our resident members, golf members and visitors are active, healthy and highly responsive to the Club s communications. All proceeds from the Club s partnerships are donated to the Sandhurst Foundation. The Foundation collects and distributes funding for all community, charitable and special events associated with the Sandhurst Club, including grants supporting individual excellence. Through these efforts, as well as member participation and recognition for voluntary events, the Foundation strengthens the Sandhurst community and enhances the premier lifestyle for which we are renown. 4 COMMUNICATION CHANNELS With so much to discover, members are constantly engaged with the Club through our many communication channels, activities and events. You can expect your brand to receive a high level of exposure, repeatedly, across a variety of platforms with your desired target audience. The Hub Community newspaper The Hub is Sandhurst Club s own community newspaper. In a time when tangible newspapers are declining, we provide a vintage method of communicating that has high readership rates. The Hub is a full colour, A3-sized publication produced bimonthly and delivered to all houses within the Sandhurst estate. It is also ed directly to all members, displayed on our website and available for pick up by visitors throughout the clubhouse and Sports Centre. A maximum of one external advertisement will appear per edition of The Hub. Additionally we keep in touch with our members fortnightly with Club news. Our open rate is approximately 55% which is well above the industry average, indicating high engagement with our subscriber list. Your print advertisement will be resized to fit in the body of the that will contain your brand s edition of The Hub. The will include only two tiles, a link to The Hub and your banner. Banner is a jpeg of W886px x H69px. Website Our website is the centre of our online presence and attracts over 60,000 unique visitors each year. It is an information library for members and a marketing tool for visitors. The website is a place members and visitors go to book a round of golf, check the group fitness timetable, explore our hospitality and function packages and find out what s on at the Club. As a valued partner, your brand will have presence in the form of a brief description, logo and hyperlink to your site on our Our Partners page.

5 Sandhurst Club TV Channel Sandhurst Club has its very own TV channel. Club Channel is a digital TV channel which is aired in all the houses within Sandhurst. It is also aired in the restaurant, Members Bar and Health Club. It is a 24-hour channel controlled by the Club and features still images and videos of promotions, events and other relevant member information. Only partners are permitted to advertise on the Club Channel. Slide will be a jpeg of W1024px x H768px at 96dpi. The Clubhouse Sandhurst s clubhouse is the heart of Sandhurst. It is a hive of activity all year round with a busy restaurant, cafe and function rooms. Each members fees include a House Levy component, which are funds that can only be used at Sandhurst, designed to encourage members to patronise the clubhouse regularly. No external advertising is currently permitted in the clubhouse. Partners will be acknowledged through posters displayed in each of the Club s three main notice boards in stylish poster frames. In-cart advertising We have a fleet of 60 motorised carts, 50 of which are fitted with Golf Pilot GPS technology. Each cart features a 10.1 Samsung Galaxy tablet with colour touchscreen, allowing golfers to get an overview of the course, the hole they are playing, distances to the greens and other points of interest. The tablet also features weather radars, scorecards and more. The tablet can be programmed to trigger an image or video at certain points on the golf course. Your brand can display an image or video on a designated hole on each course and every time a Sandhurst Club golf cart passes that hole, your image or video will be triggered and shown. Our golf carts are hired over 5000 times per year by members, their guests, corporate golfers and visitors. Only partners are permitted to advertise via the in-cart system. Social Media Sandhurst is active on social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Our audience comprises residents, golf enthusiasts and visitors. Our most popular posts relate to events held at the Club. There are opportunities for sponsor related posts on our social media channels. A maximum of one external advertisement will appear per month.

6 EVENTS & ACTIVITIES We regularly host events and activities tailored for children, families, our residents and our golf members. These are designed to not only showcase our wonderful Club but also provide our members with opportunities to get to know each other. A range of community interest groups also exist to encourage like-minded members to get together over common interests. Australia Day Twilight Market & Fireworks Australia Day is the biggest event of the year at Sandhurst. Advertising and promotion commences in early December. Our Australia Day Twilight Market & Fireworks event began in 2013 and has attracted over 3,000 visitors each year so far. In 2015, we had approximately 30 market stalls selling a variety of crafts, goods and services. The event also features live music, food and drink stalls, jumping castle, petting zoo, face painters, kids sports and other activities. The evening commences at 5:00pm with fireworks at dark (approximately 9pm), providing a captive audience for over four hours. There are a number of opportunities for partners during this event, including market stalls and interactive event spaces. Sandhurst Foundation events Major support is provided to the Sandhurst Foundation via two events annually, a gala ball and a fundraising golf day. The Club donates hospitality, green fees, carts and event organisation labour. The two events are expected to raise approximately $20,000 annually. The very first fundraiser was the 10 Year Anniversary Gala Ball held in July Over 180 key stakeholders attended and the night was sold out within a couple of weeks of tickets being released. The 2015 event is themed Winter Wonderland and will be held on 1 August. The first golf day will be held in October There are a number of opportunities for partners during these premier events and all partners will be included on flyers and acknowledged throughout the events.

7 Additional opportunities for partner promotion at events include event naming rights, preview slides at our Outdoor Cinema, the exclusive supply of flyers or brochures at events, sponsored welcome gifts or samples, pull-up banners displayed, event space for stalls or demos or other arrangements as appropriate with prior agreement.
