24 K-12 Assessment Reporting Tool - Manage Access

25 Assessment Reporting Roles DAT for Assessment Reporting: This allows the Access Manager to assign additional users to the Manage Access role. The DAT role is not a reporting portal role. The ability to assign out the Manage Access role will allow for coverage if the primary access manager is unavailable, to share duties across several people, or if the Access Manager is leaving the organization and needs to reassign the responsibility. Assessment Reporting Data Files Management: Provides user with data files download access. This role is usually given to individuals in charge of uploading results into your local data systems. Users with this role may be IT vendors hired by institutions, institution technology staff, or other institution staff. The permissions provide access to Download Center, and assigned users will receive notifications when new score files are posted. This role does not receive any online reporting access. Assessment Reporting Summary: Provides the user with access to aggregate score reporting, limited to summary data only, with no access to individual student information. Summary reporting should be given to staff that don t need student-level information, but may need aggregate reporting. Assessment Reporting Detail: Provides the user with access to detailed score reporting, including the ability to drill down to individual student score data and other personally identifying information. Detail reporting should be given to staff that would benefit from seeing student-level results in a visualized report, such as teachers and counselors.
