Suddenlink also acted as a sponsor and provided Free WIFI for the event. Suddenlink Communications has established a scholarship program to help finance higher education for employees or children of its employees. Awards are given without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, disability, or national origin. Suddenlink Communications developed a Broadband Technician Self Progression program that helps BBTs develop skills, advance their careers, and receive added financial rewards along the way. C4 allows you to self-progress as you acquire the necessary knowledge and skills essential to perform at the next level and demonstrate the ability to maintain a standard of excellence in each level over time. Elvira Daniels, Job Readiness Instructor for RESA (SPOKES Program) in Parkersburg, WV had an event to provide students with the opportunity to have job interviewing experience. Suddenlink representatives interviewed 9 students. This initiative is led by Marketing Manager to air Student Produced Programming This event was attended by the employment unit s human resources manager and customer care supervisor. A total of three (3) $1, scholarships are awarded annually. Applications are submitted to VP of s and Scholarship Recipients are selected by the Scholarship Committee under the direction of the EVP and CFO Broadband Technicians take the lead in their self-progression, technical supervisors evaluate skills and forward documentation for promotion, director of human resources approves the forms for processing.
