10 clients Milestone offers a number of flexible ways for users to view surveillance: the Smart Client, Mobile and the new Web Client, where all clients are compatible with all VMS platforms. In addition to these clients Milestone also offers the Remote Client. The Web Client is replacing the Remote Client, where the Remote Client currently is a part of the standard software package of Corporate and NVR. Being compatible with all VMS platforms, the new Web Client can be downloaded separately and used with Corporate. Milestone recognizes that users need access to video from various locations as well as computers and mobile devices. Adaptable for different skill levels, the Smart Client has superior features for instant control of installations. The new Web Client allows users to view installations from the most commonly used computers and web browsers, while Mobile allows users to access their video surveillance systems from almost anywhere via smartphones or tablets.
