3 Registratio EXHIBIT HALL POLICIES Please complete the eclosed registratio form ad retur all copies makig sure to sig the form at the bottom. A sigature is required before booth space ca be assiged. No reservatios for booth space will be take by telephoe. Booth Selectios Please select four booth choices i order of preferece. All booths will be assiged i order of receipt of registratio ad 50% orefudable deposit. Please retur all copies of your registratio. A copy of the registratio, with your cofirmed booth umber will be retured to you for your records. Name Badges No oe will be allowed i the Exhibit Hall without a KOA Badge. Three badges are icluded i the price of the booth registratio fee. All represetatives of a compay must be registered. If more badges are required, you may register other represetatives o site for a fee of $30 each. Security 24 Hour security will be provided durig set-up hours ad after official exhibit hours. Note: Each exhibitor will be resposible for his/her booth ad its cotets durig official exhibit hours. Please be sure your booth is occupied at all times durig these hours. Istallatio of Exhibits Exhibitors may begi istallatio after 10:00 am Friday, April 29th. This will give all exhibitors ample time to set up all types of exhibits. All exhibits must be set up by 3:00 pm o Friday (opeig of Exhibit Hall). Ay booth ot occupied by this time will be dismatled. Exhibitors Meetig A Exhibitors meetig outliig all schedules, activities ad regulatios of Exhibit Hall will be held o Friday, April 29, at 2:30 pm, i the Exhibit Hall (by the frot doors).
