In the coming weeks, we will have more detailed information on our website, about your accounts and steps you need to take regarding the upgrade. On the next page are important dates you ll need to know during our upgrade period. 5 Important Dates Between now and Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm Saturday, July 11 Sunday, July 12 Monday, July 13 Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am and beyond Your Contact Information estatements ebills Branch Offices, Personal Teller Machines and Contact Center Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bank-by-Phone Bill Pay ATMs, Debit MasterCard and ATM Cards Online Banking (ibanking) Password Mobile Banking App Statements Confirm your address we have on file. Log in to your Online Banking account - select Options from the top menu and click on the Edit tab in the section or call our Contact Center at or toll free Download or print your 2014 estatements. Your 2015 estatements will be available in the new system in August. Un-enroll in ebills and obtain the pertinent information needed to re-enroll after the upgrade. Branch Offices, Personal Teller Machines and the Contact Center will be open Friday, July 10, closed Saturday, July 11 - Monday, July 13 and will re-open Tuesday, July 14. Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bank-by- Phone will be unavailable from Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. Bill Pay will be unavailable from Monday, July 6 at 8:00am until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. All ATMs will remain in service; you can make withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and payments as you normally do, but will not be able to see balance inquiries. You can make purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted. You will be required to reset your password the first time you log in to Online Banking. Your User ID will not change. Your User ID will remain the same and your password will be the same as your new ibanking password. The Mobile app will need to be updated on Apple devices and deleted and re-installed via Google Play for Android devices. Going forward you will receive an enhanced deposit account statement at month-end. IonBank.com/SeeHowEasy 5

6 Online Banking & Bill Pay Availability during the Upgrade Online Banking will be unavailable from Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. Bill Pay will be unavailable from Monday, July 6 at 8:00am until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. Your Contact Information Any time before Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm, please log in to Online Banking to confirm your address we have on file. Log in to your Online Banking account - select Options from the top menu and click on the Edit tab in the section or call our Contact Center at or toll free User ID Your User ID will remain the same. Password Your current password will be reset. After entering your User ID, the password format for your initial login will be provided to you. You will be required to change your password and reaccept the Online Banking Terms and Conditions. You will see an authentication image upon log in which you will be able to change. Bill Pay and Transfers Your previously scheduled payments and transfers will remain in place. Recurring transfers between Ion Bank accounts will need to be re-established. ebills Un-enroll in ebills before Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm and obtain the pertinent information needed to re-enroll after the upgrade. Account Nicknames and Alerts Any nicknames associated with your accounts will carry over to our new system. and Text Alerts will have to be reestablished and will have additional options to choose from. 7 When using the new Bill Pay system, you pick the date your payment is delivered (Delivery Date) and the system will automatically tell you the date the funds will be withdrawn from your account (Send On). 8 Mobile Banking Access Online Banking and Bill Pay anytime, anywhere from your smartphone. Mobile Banking 1 allows you to deposit checks, view balances and account activity, transfer money, pay bills, and find ATM and branch locations through our mobile app. Mobile Check Deposit allows you to make secure deposits into your personal checking account right from your smartphone 2. Using the Ion Bank Mobile app, simply take a picture of your check and follow a few easy steps to make a deposit from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere on the go. Availability during the Upgrade Our Mobile Banking App will be unavailable from Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. After the Upgrade The mobile app will need to be updated on Apple devices and deleted and re-installed via Google Play for Android devices. User ID Your User ID will remain the same. 10 Debit MasterCar Not only is a Debit MasterCard quicker and safer than writing an actual check, it s free with any Ion Bank checking account. There is no change to your card, and your PIN will remain the same. ATMs Debit MasterCard ATM Card PIN (Personal Identification Number) MasterCard SecureCode TM During the upgrade you can make withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and payments as you normally do but will not be able to see balance inquiries. You can make purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted. Your daily spending limit will remain the same. Your ATM card will continue to work the same as usual. Your daily withdrawal limit will remain the same. Your PIN will remain the same. If you previously enrolled in SecureCode for added online shopping protection, you will need to re-enroll after the upgrade. Action required or extra important 10

PIN (Personal Identification Number) Personal Accounts - your PIN will be reset to the last four digits of your Tax Identification Number (TIN). Use this PIN the first time you call after the system upgrade. You will be prompted to select a new PIN which can be the same PIN you previously had. Business Accounts - any authorized signer s PIN will be reset to the last 5 digits of their Tax Identification Number (TIN). Use this PIN the first time you call after the system upgrade. You will be prompted to select a new PIN. Menu Options Bank-by-Phone menu options will change and are still easy to follow. 14 Statements You will receive an enhanced deposit account statement at month-end every month. The new statements will be easy to read with helpful details and summaries. You will receive your regular account statement which will include transactions through July 10, Before the Upgrade We are bringing over your 2015 estatements to our new system and they will be available for viewing in August. We suggest downloading or printing your 2014 estatements on or before Friday July 10, at 5:00pm. You ll receive your first enhanced account statement at the end of July which will show the last 21 days of July. After the Upgrade Going forward, you will receive a statement showing activity for each previous calendar month. Loan statements will appear slightly updated. estatements after the Upgrade If you re already receiving estatements through Online Banking, you will continue to receive them after the system upgrade. You do not need to enroll again. If you re not enrolled in Online Banking but are receiving estatements, you will need to enroll in estatements through ibanking after our upgrade to continue receiving estatements. The new systems will enable us to better serve you through more efficient transaction processing, account opening, and more Online Banking options. The upgrade will take place starting Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm with all upgrades scheduled to be complete by Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. All branches, Personal Teller Machines and our Contact Center will be open normal hours on Friday, July 10 and will re-open Tuesday, July 14. What are your hours during the upgrade? All branches, Personal Teller Machines and the Contact Center will be closed: Saturday, July 11 Sunday, July 12 Monday, July 13 Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bank-by-Phone will be unavailable from Friday, July 10 at 5:00pm until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. Bill Pay will be unavailable from Monday, July 6 at 8:00am until Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00am. How will I be able to access my account funds over the weekend? Will my account number(s) change?
