11 Lets Scan it 1st.. The Scanning team is dedicated only for the process of scanning the Physical Documents. They scan the Documents and Save them in some Persistent Portable Document Format, which are assigned a unique Name familiarly known as Indexing. This is held with an application that takes care after some specifications to it. The Scanning process is scaled depending on the resolution that the Documents are to be scanned if the Documents are illegible then they have to be scanned with High resolution. It affects the Time Factor. Activities carried out: 1)Scanning the Hard copies with High-speed scanners. 2)Cleaning of documents De-skewing Removal of noise Saving images under proper batches preferably Portable Document Format (.pdf). This format can be scaled for Web Based Solution if Required

To process this phase Scanning team use DMS Database and Document Image Library that has been created in Scanning process.
