Picking up the PMBOK Guide will give you some ideas but not so helpful when you actually start outlining. Maybe your organization has a template, maybe plans from previous projects as a starting point. There are also a plethora of templates and samples on the Internet. 24 About Matthew J. Weaver Matthew Weaver is the founder of Project Weavers.
