6 Who are we? Group within IIE Does not require additional fees Open to anyone who: o Full Professional IIE Membership o 35 years of age Automatically in! Purpose: Provide a voice to this particular customer base Encourage involvement and engagement for YPs at Regional and National levels Assist with transition from Student to Professional Provide resources to early-career Professionals

The number of IIE Webinars range from 1 to 7 per month February had the most (7), May and June held the least (1) # of webinars Webinars seem to 'slow' in the summer and annual conference months (6 in May - Aug and 36 across all other months) Ergonomics divisions held 8 webinars throughout 2014 Ergonomics, Lean & Healthcare topics seem to be the most popular themes Many 'Non-members' join a webinar (topic interest versus Division Member alliance) Student participants is the lowest percentage of participant demographic Average participation # is right skewed based on some highly attended webinars Several members are taking advantage of multiple webinars Observations
