1 Multi- event example Building an event , newsletter or press release is no longer a multi- day process when you use WondrMail. This interactive marketing tool pulls event data directly from your calendar database. No more hunting for images, descriptions, dates or links. Just click to search, and everything populates automatically. 1

2 To begin building your WondrMail, simply select the kind of communication you would like to create. Options include: Multi- event with logo or custom masthead Single event Press Release Custom Newsletter 2

3 MULTI EVENT Building your multi event WondrMail is easy. There are four total steps to the process. Simply click EXPAND to begin building your . 3

4 1 1 ADD MASTHEAD: Use the pulldown to select NEW PHOTO and upload your 740 masthead previously, just select it from the pulldown. SAVE IMAGE: Give your masthead a name and it will be saved for future builds. LINK MASTHEAD: Add a URL for where you want the masthead to link in the final . 4

5 2 2 SEARCH: Use the search fields to select events to populate the . You can filter events by start date, end date, attraction and keyword. FIND AND CLEAR: Click FIND to start your search. Select CLEAR ALL to erase and start again. REMOVE: Click the (X) beside each listing to remove it from the . Choose ADD NEXT 10 EVENTS to add more events to your . 5

6 3 3 LOADING IMAGES: Use the pulldown to select NEW PHOTO and upload your 150 x150 pixel image as a jpeg file. If you have already used your logo previously, just select it from the pulldown. You can add up to four logos to the footer. SAVE IMAGE: Give your logo a name and it will be saved for future builds. LINK IMAGE: Add a URL for where you want the logo to link in the final . 6

8 4 Use this section to give us details about your and schedule it to send. FROM / FROM Supply the name and the address that will be displayed to the recipient of the . SUBJECT: Provide a subject of the . Try to keep to 26 characters or less to match industry best practices. SEND DATE AND TIME: Select a time and date you would like the sent. This must be a future time and date or the will fail to send. CONTACTS: Copy past your contacts into the test box, all separated by commas. Provide a name for your list so you can access it easily on future s. Lists larger than 5,000 will be staged and sent in installments on your first push. CHOOSE CONTENT BLOCKS: Use the content blocks to design the newsletter that fits your needs best. Mix and match, add dividers and copy blocks where needed. Upload your images and copy. Each element can be styled and linked to where you would like. 12

13 3 3 CHOOSE CONTENT: Choose to add any content from the EverWondr Network with a simple type ahead. Type in the name of an event, brochure, video, item for sale or gallery and the system will pull it into your . No copy and pasting or recreating needed. 13
