While the cost of exhibiting will be different for each company, the worksheet below indicates what a company might expect to pay to reserve space and run a successful 10'x10' exhibit at HIMSS09. Many of these figures are estimates only and do not reflect the exact costs for each of the items/services at HIMSS09. Please refer to your Exhibitor Service Manual for exact rates and order deadlines. Please use this worksheet as a tool to help manage your budget by modifying the costs to reflect what you actually paid, and adding any additional line items that are not included here.
