4 Ilarion Tomarov Senior Associate Head of Intellectual Propery Practice Prior to joining AstapovLawyers Ilarion Tomarov worked for 7 years as a General Legal Counsel for Intellectual Property at Nemiroff, one of the largest producers of alcoholic beverages in Ukraine. Mr Tomarov has deep expertise in IP contentious matters, as well as advising on trademark registrations, copyright and patent matters, domain and brand names. His experience includes preparation and representing clients during court proceedings in Ukraine, France, Israel, and Russia. Ilarion Tomarov received his master`s degree (summa cum laude) in law form the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. Svetlana Netska Junior Associate netska@astapovlawyers.com Prior to joining AstapovLawyers, Svetlana worked as a legal counsel in a leading Ukrainian company producing alcoholic beverages. In addition to protection of IP rights, she assists clients in preparation of the license agreements, assignment agreements, and implementing a compliance labeling system. Svetlana Netska has gained experience in registration of the IP rights under Ukrainian and international procedures, including trademark (Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks) and industrial design (Hague agreement) registration in more than 60 countries around the world. Svetlana Netska specializes in protection of IP rights, trademark registration and protection of honor, dignity and business reputation in the courts of Ukraine and Patent Office of Ukraine. Svetlana Netska graduated from Vadim Getman Kyiv National Economic University (Master of Law).
